Its high on my list of favorite lunch meat. It carries seasonings really well, and its versatile enough to be used in a variety of meals.

Turkey as a lunch meat is good. Not spectacular, but good.

As a bird,

This except atrocious instead of ok. Super Dry is awful. If you get a good, not-dry bit or drench it in a sauce to counterbalance the dryness, then it's ok (wouldn't even call it good, though), but it's still noticeably worse than beef/pork/chicken

Its ok. Deli turkey makes for good sandwiches, but otherwise Thanksgiving is the only time I really eat turkey and I vastly prefer ham over it.

Yes, and even with them it's still the worst of the four main meats.

Turkey lunch meat is the best lunch meat, and turkey bacon is an acceptable bacon substitute that is also good.

But holiday full bird turkey is atrocious in all ways. Both dry and bland. If you have to put a disclaimer that your meat is only good when covered and surrounded with a bunch of other things (gravy, cranberry sauce), then your meat isn't good. Everything is good with the right sauce.

A lot of people overcook their big turkey, but when its juicy its pretty fucking great. It dries the fuck out the next day though. Also turkey substitutes are not good in my experience. Turkey bacon, hotdogs and burgers are just gross to me

I think turkey burgers are good and bacon is unique(Its not a bacon sub imo, it has its own unique flavor).

never had a turkey hot dog to my knowledge.

Turkey is generally crappy though its why we have to put so much stuff on it to eat it.
