I think I'd be inclined to call it a "comfortable" win given Biden could afford to lose any two of the states he flipped and still have 270. Dominant is obviously pushing it.

sure there has, michigan had two districts flip results: one gave a net of 6500 votes in Trump's favor, the other gave the Republican rep who said he was conceding the night before the win. when people said that yeah it's really sketchy to go 138k to 0 in an update, they were right, it was a mistake. wasn't hard to say "hey, this looks wrong" and blindly acting like everything's on the up and up only makes things worse for everybody.

regardless of all that, nothing changes that it's a legal dispute. it is being challenged in courts, it is being audited, it is being recounted, it is in dispute. your opinion to that end ain't relevant, let the process finish and then it won't be.

and i agree with that. the one where he's got... what was it, 2.1 million flipped or something? sure, that's nonsense and isn't in dispute anywhere.

but that ain't everything being talked about. if it's something that's actually in dispute, then just leave up the note saying 'hey, this is in dispute.' in a month it won't be because the electoral votes will be certified, courts will be over by force, and the election results will be done. at that point there ain't much of a disclaimer needed anymore and it's just a done deal.

oh please, i've said that it's in dispute because the process is resolving the situation and it won't be in a month because by then the process will be done. you're the one saying no, it's not. the process says yes, it is. the only way to defend your position is to say yeah, ignore the process, your opinion matters more.

otherwise your position would be that yes, the election is still in dispute. it may clearly be a biden win but that doesn't change the reality there.
