But on the other hand, all his enemies (the Left, social media companies and 95% of news networks) have had a reputation of blowing things up and out of proportion during his term. He could let something slip and you wont hear the end of it til the election is officially over.

Even then he wont be off the hook with the history of Presidents blamming stuff on the former guy.

If I were him and I lost, I'd retreat, deal with the issues that have come up (that no one will care about anymore) and kick back on Twitter taking shots at President Harris for bungling up the pandemic even more than he apparently did

Honestly, he'll throw a tantrum, say the results are fraudulent, try to throw whatever weight he has at policy changes to keep himself in power or the next person busy on stupid shit for too long to be any good in office, or possibly try to declare martial law. It will be obvious what he's doing, but his defenders will either say he's not doing it, say he's only doing it to protect us all from the radical left--that being the moderates and to the left that make up 60% or so of the votes or population--that what he's doing isn't bad if he IS doing anything wrong (figure that one out), or point to Dem presidents doing the same when they totally haven't (the worst was maybe Bill Clinton's people removing the W key from the White House's keyboards).

It's almost like the consistent 60% against him really don't want him in power, or something, regardless of their political beliefs, and the other 40% consisting of some trolls and numerous cultists with a bad case of cognitive dissonance can't be persuaded to not suck unless they get every last thing they want like a bunch of Karens who neither understand nor care how the world actually works. For the last four years, things haven't really worked at all except for the stuffing of the rich elite's pockets, as opposed to the previous eight years where there were just problems--a great many of them from the Legislative Branch in general--getting some things in motion while everything else functioned (including the rich elite's pockets but not limited to them).
