Katrina and Rita were pretty much back to back in 05 as well, people forget about Rita a lot but that one hit hard too and pretty much hit areas that Katrina missed initially. It just didn't hit New Orleans much so without the major city damage it didn't get much press. Lafayette got rekt by it though as well as the camp we had where I had all my retro consoles at the time (NES, SNES, Genesis and N64).
