I dont care that much since there are too many variables. 30 seems like a lot, but if they started at age 15, that would only be like 2 people a year on average at age 30.

I can count the number of sexual partners I had on 1 hand, but my wife was very promiscuous and slept with people (Both guys and girls) all over the world, Russia, France, Mexico, Ireland, Italy, and a ton in the US. Since I slept with her for over a decade, that pretty much means I slept with all the people she slept with, so I may have technically slept with more people than most of the rest of this board lol.

I've never been into casual, other than my first time, so that really limited me. I kinda regret it now, wish I had ALOT more sex in my 20's before I got married. I was kinda saving myself for marriage and looking for the one lol.

I don't get the you slept with all the same people your partner has, can you explain that? From my understanding men wash their dicks and women have self cleaning vaginas.. nothing of the past partners is there anymore unless you picked up a sti or hiv.

I think it's mostly because of STDs etc, but it's just what I always heard. If you sleep with someone who has slept with a ton of other people, you are basically sleeping with all those other people and all the people those other people had slept with as well etc. So I mean, if you follow that to the logical conclusion, pretty much all of us are eskimo brothers at this point (at least those of us that have had sex with someone who had sex with other people.

Good for you, wish I had been. I had stupid romantic notions as a young guy, and wanted to know a person before having sex with them. I also was seriously clueless and didn't notice when girls were hitting on me or sending signals. I had a chick sit on my lap once and was just proud I didn't get an erection lol (I was trying seriously (not hard) to avoid it...and embarresment). I didn't think that was probably what she wanted at the time.

I was an idiot in some ways, but I didn't date like normal kids etc (Graduated at 16), never went on a date, held hands or kissed a girl, till I got out of the AF at 19 and met a girl in a resteraunt and slept with her that night lol.

I missed out on a ton of fun, but I was always nervous about getting someone pregnant and having kids before I was ready etc. I woulda just risked it and dealt with having kids if I could go back in time now lol.

Yeah my 20's were in the late 80's and 90's, so, pagers were around, but no apps/texting etc pretty much. I did meet my wife online, on Literotica, but we were like literally the first couple to meet online and get married anyone had heard of at that point. My wife was tying someone to the mast (her screen name was siren) and I offered to be the rope and that caught her attention. No clue why I ever said that to this day, I was horrible at flirting, but hey it worked.

I would have dated (or at least had sex) with alot more people if they had been guys and pregnancy wasn't an issue. I didn't really have parents, so being responsible for kids has always been a very big theme in my life, and I wanted to make sure I could provide a good life for them before having children.

My wife was waaay more open about sex, she even wanted us to swing and we made a couple account on AFF etc, but it wasn't something I was really into. When she was sick and bed bound for years she wanted me to go find someone else to sleep with, but I had my hands full taking care of her and I don't do casual (so I'd have to take care of anyone else I was sleeping with as well lol). As it was I was already taking care of my friends wife who was sick as well.

So yeah, lots of years not having sex, when I should have been lol. Since I turned 18 I have had more years with no sex, than years with sex and I was married for 20 years!

My most recent ex had somewhere around 100. Current GF has 9. I don't care how many previous partners someone has had, as long as they've had at least a few. Not interested in any of that virgin shit. I'm too old to deal with teaching someone how to fuck. Besides, someone in my age range probably has some serious issues if they're still a virgin.

This very much. Thats why I always go for older experienced partners. Though some young hoes have a ton of experience already. That doesn't bother me unless it's to the point they were so slutty everybody knows them. If you gonna be a big slut it's best to do it outside of town/country so it doesn't follow you everywhere.

I agree. Some people like it because they can have the person basically have sex the way they want. And mold them like putty. But the experienced ones can just usually adapt to make sure both (or all) members are enjoying themselves...

Not really. You date, form a connection, and have sex. Sometimes you're compatible, others you're not. Waiting a year or more to have sex to find out you're sexually incompatible is a waste of your time and theirs.

If I'm expecting commitment, it's more about their pattern of behaviour than a single number. There are circumstances where I'd accept 40+, and circumstances where I'd consider beyond 3 terminally damaged goods. Someone who went through a ton of guys before figuring some shit out (and let's leave post-wall/pre-wall out of this for now) and now realizes the importance of stability is going to be someone who's a lot more attractive to me than a woman with a fraction the partners but who's embraced modern serial monogamy and is pretty much looking for the next trade-up from day one, always investing the bare minimum.
