Rough guess. I'm talking about the days that either miss work, or the weekend days you just dont function. I'm also throwing something wild like breaking your leg and taking that initial day or days off. Define it the way you want basically

I have a spine injury and pretty frequently have days where everything hurts.

I'd say it's zero more often than not. I might get sick just once a year or less, and knock on wood, it's rarely bad enough to actually sideline me.

If my sciatic nerve flares up, I can be in awful pain, but I've yet to miss any work from it.

Typically zero, though I'd estimate there's a few days a year where I feel pretty bad for other reasons.

If we're counting big depression it's probably like a third to half of them, otherwise not very many

and I usually hurt my back once a year in the summer for a day. So two sounds right

Based on your definition hardly ever. Maybe 1-2 days a year on average, with many years having 0 and every few years having a week or so.

If you count colds, probably like 2-3 weeks a year.

It used to be zero for the longest time. From the point of my lung surgery in 2007 until late 2018 I never got sick.

In late 2018 I got some sort of bug that messed me up with flu like symptoms for a day. My missus was sick with the same thing for a week though (I actually caught it after she had already been sick for days and recovered before her). I didn't take a sick day for it though as this happened on a Friday night.

In 2019 I got food poisoning (Thanks Speedway!) and had to miss a day of work for it (would have been 2 days but it crossed over into the weekend). This was super bad and I thought I may have to go to hospital as I was throwing up black chunks of blood.

And right now I am pretty certain I have COVID so if I wasn't on furlough, I'd be off work anyway.

Under 5. I get 10 and I use the other ones tbh because we lose them at the end of the year

But if you mean physically ill, that's hard to judge. I had years in school with perfect attendance, and I had years where I missed 15 days. On average, I'd say I get sick twice a year, once in winter and once in not-winter. Sometimes it's just a sniffle and sometimes I'm laid out for a week.
