I wouldn't put any Zelda game on the list personally since I think the stories are too barebones, but the ones I liked most from a story perspective were Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword.
To clarify I don't think that's a bad thing at all as I love the Zelda series, I just don't think "best stories in gaming" is really the right place to praise them. --- I didn't do guru this year but azuarc can be in my sig anyways. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Really glad Outer Wilds made it. I had it as my +8, but wasn't sure it would get enough support.

Majora's peak is Anju and Kafei's side story, which is neat, but the story is a lot more relying on the world itself. Ocarina of Time, on the other hand, while maybe not the most ground-breaking or original story out there, has one of the most well-executed storytelling and presentation I've seen in any videogame ever.
