How long could you stay home without leaving for supplies?

Assuming youre stuck inside from now on for the foreseeable future. How long can you last in self-isolation based on what youve got in your home right now?

I probably could last a week. No reason for me to stock more.

I could push a month if I had to, I have fresh food for 2 weeks (Frozen...but fresh real meats etc), and enough canned food to last me another two probably. Water for a month as well I think.

I am a regular pooper *lol* which means I generally poop once a day, a roll of toilet paper can last me 2 weeks easy (maybe even more) and I have 19 rolls or so. Also if I ever started to get low, I would have no problem timing my shower till after I poop anyway, so I'm fine in that department.

Anyway things may get worse, alot worse, so I'm glad I stocked up. If the info we are getting out of NY right now is true, and it happens elsewhere (like where I am) it could become VERY hard to get food soon.

The better part of two weeks. However, if we shut down as a country, I still have to go to work, and I happen to do so in a grocery store. So I might be able to swing grabbing some supplies after my shift ends.

I'm playing it by ear right now. I have about 60 rolls of tp and about the same amount of pt, plates, etc. Lots of pantry staples as well. Meat in the deep freezer etc.

We've kept a fair bit of canned soup and such in reserve for a while now, so we are fine for most things without needing to panic-buy.

We probably won't really NEED it, but it will let us simply not go to the store if things spread enough that we just want to stop exposing ourselves at all. Side note, one of our actually donated a bunch of masks to local medical personel, as we have had some stashed away for some time as well, and don't feel we actually need too many of them for this crisis. Best they go where they can do some proper good.

TP is probably what we are lowest on, but with stores getting new stock and implementing anti-panic limitations, it shouldn't be an issue short of societal collapse anyway. In which case, we have some nice survival and hunting weapons that don't require new ammo every time we use them anyway.

Probably two weeks. But I get my meals delivered, so as long as that keeps going I will be fine. I'm giving most of my canned goods to grandparents who are locked down in their retirement home

Do you really think it's a good idea to publicly share your stockpiles?

I'm not saying it's coming to that but posting your piles on insta probably isn't strategically sound.

Probably about three weeks' worth of food, maybe four if we stretch it. Last week I made stuff that froze well (chili, beef & barley soup) in larger quantities and we've got a solid week of that in the freezer now, then we bought groceries on Thursday that I'll start cooking up tomorrow (shepherd's pie and meatballs for spaghetti, since ground beef was on sale), which will last another week. Then we've got another week of non-perishable food that we just store regularly for those times when our meal prep for a given week doesn't quite last long enough or we need something quick, which we'll tap into as needed.
