I would get some in the mail, so I'd give them one of those, but people were asking faster than AOL was sending them. So I called AOL and asked if they could send a few disks to the store. I ran my first ever D&D campaign in an AIM chat room...I don't even know how I managed to handle combat w/ no visual grid and just describing positions by text... But it worked. And of course by far the greatest memory is the IMs between myself and a girl I liked that went on for over half a year before she agreed to come over to my dorm to watch anime with me. Been together ever since. :) I was using AIM right up to the final day. It was so much better than any of the other instant messengers I tried...more features, and just used so little bandwidth....literally were times that I had "lost internet" and nothing was working...but AIM still had a freaking connection, and I used it to ask friends for help to troubleshoot my lost connection, lol <cite>streamofthesky posted [p:935357102] in whats your...
