I'd say it's the best song in OG Nier, but if you throw in Automata it probably loses to Weight of the World (Japanese) and there are other strong contenders like A Beautiful Song. This Silence is Mine and The Final Song from Drakengard 3 could give it a hard run too. All of gaming over the decade I'm probably inclined to go with something from Ar nosurge at first glance - probably EXSPHERE_NOSURGE, Ar-ciel Ar-manaf, or XIO_PROCEED.
