That part isn't in the constitution though, it was a judge adding that in to make it seem ok

I'm beyond the drafting age by quite a ways. Even if I wasn't, I'd consider dodging it, carving a bunch of spurs from chicken bone, and sending those to Mar-A-Lago's doorstep. The package would be addressed to "Seor Littlehands McDumbass," meaning it would be on the person that opens the parcel.

Yes, a judge, a person trained to make judgements to a higher standard than anybody else made a judgement of how it is to be read. Your judgement is not considered as you are not qualified to make good judgements.
