I skipped the 14 RoP because as said earlier there's only a few worthwhile prizes, but then I got an Alphinaud BSB off the daily today to give me that sting of duping it again anyway (I think that's my 8th one.)

I'm not sure whether I'm going to do these dream selects or not, it sounds like there will be two more coming in the next two months with a bigger pool, and doing them all gets pretty expensive. Among G+ it seems like the best one for me would be Kain's, but there aren't a lot of other options yet. If I grabbed his G+ I would probably want his doublecast LMR too but I'm not sure if that's worth $60.

Maybe I will just do the AASB one and take Zidane to prepare for Phantasm (and because I like him). Hmmm

I'm surprised you sub30'd Madeen but can't beat Lakshimi despite all the dark awakenings you have.

Also surprised you haven't beaten Mateus since you have Seifer and Jecht Awakenings, and Typhon can beat beaten with a summoner and Marach/Meia using Voltech (or just use OK.)

I guess pick more for a torment or Odin/6* magicite.

I have no physical dark chain. So I'm doing a bunch of attacks with no damage.

I beat Lakshimi with Garland chain with Orlandeau and Riku USBs as dps, you're way more stacked than I was when I got my first win on Lakshimi.

XI torment sub-30'd. It was ridiculously close, but I'm happy for a sub-30 without AASBs or Realm Chain.

I did a pull on the first realm chain / awakening 2G5 banner and got total junk, two LMRs. Looking forward to all the anniversary stuff and also the cumulative login rewards.

This anniversary seems awfully underwhelming IMO, I'll be pulling on the 100 mythril awakening select and Awakening lucky, but I'm m pretty meh on everything else. I think it's probably better to save up for the FF 9 or T banner that comes with the Phantasm.

Garnet has enlighting so she can contribute damage against Leviathan.

Also I'm glad to see event bosses got buffed to d400 difficulty in Japan. Regular events have been way too easy, and Magicite and torment are too restrictive, kinda kills the joy of new relics when say you beat Ramuh but you get a new earth awakening so there's a least more challenging, or at least not steamrolled by dailies bosses to use our new toys on.

Also, don't forget Garnet's chain gives +50% magic which is probably going to help your damage more than Prompto's imperiling. And she can use Allegro too which is pretty useful for a mage team.

Regarding the fest, the banners don't look that exciting but I think this is the best fest ever for free stuff, at least if you've been playing since the beginning. 120 mythril and I don't remember what else. Plus we're getting record boards, although they might not technically be part of the fest I'm lumping them together.
