Bottlecaps. Beer bottlecaps, carbonated water bottlecaps, carbonated fruit juice bottlecaps, soda bottlecaps, etc. Not all of them are from bottles I've drunk from. A lot of them are from friends and family that gave me theirs after knowing I collect them. They're all washed and sanitized and stored in 32oz mason jars. Last I checked, I have five and a quarter jars full of them.

I've also started a collection of flashlights, but they aren't cheap at all so the collection isn't really a "collection", but just a small stash.

Why, if I may ask.

Also, you could start a collection of Fleshlights. Also not cheap, though...

Thousands of furry comics, including a bunch from the early days (Critters, Omaha the Cat Dancer, Albedo, Usagi Yojimbo).

Probably tens of thousands of dollars worth of original pieces of furry art. Most expensive piece is a gorgeous acrylic painting that I paid $500 for at auction.

I have a nearly complete set of Morgan silver dollars and a whole bag full of Peace dollars and silver quarters & dimes. And a single, solitary Carson City half dollar in near uncirculated condition.

I have a modest collection of Zuni fetishes, small carvings of animals, usually made of stone but sometimes from other materials. Some of the more unusual ones I have are made of pyrite (fool's gold), mother-of-pearl, mammoth ivory, tagua nut, and most unusual of all, fiber optic glass.

I have a complete set of every edition of the Joy of Cooking from the first to the current (9th edition). The best in my opinion is the 6th edition, which was published in the 1970s.

When I was in college I used to save plastic soda caps. Me and my roommates used to put all of our tops in a large jug.

And then, when it was full, often around midterms or finals week, we'd take them all out and pelt each other with them for no good reason, just because it was great for blowing off steam when you were under study pressure. We'd do crazy shit like dive over the couch to take cover, hide behind chairs or tables, lean out around corners, and just throw those things at each other.

So while you were asking asinine questions about storing people as possessions, I answered with how a group of people can be an collection you don't possess, thereby answering your question, with an implied neither.

I used to collect seagull feathers then my parents threw them away for hygiene reasons or something like that, have a very minor quarter collection but I got rid of it.

The only thing that I have that can barely be considered a collection would be five watches but I only ever wear 2 of them (used to be 3).

Not much but I did repair one Starscream figure with superglue one time.

It had a broken balljoint in the right leg so I had to unscrew his crotch and most of the leg so I could remove his femur and apply glue on it.

I let the femur dry over a couple of days and then carefully reconstruct the leg and reattach it to the crotch and rescrew everything.

I felt really proud afterwards

I dont have that figure myself but Im looking at a video of it on YT right now.

So the problem is that the locks inside the legs arent locking properly anymore? Sounds like wear and tear from years of play/transformation.

I found this vid on YT on how to fix a similar issue on a similar figure:
https://youtu.be/5LqnckfdTaM

I guess you could apply some floorpolish or a piece of tape or just something to give it some more friction.

Ive used floorpolish on loose balljoints on a couple of figures and it made them more stable.

Just be careful to not apply too much and let it dry for a couple of days just to be sure.

Im not an expert by any means though.
