PS4 doesn't feel like a very good console for this type of game, lol.
Only things in my own library I might recommend are rhythm games - Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone and Taiko no Tatsujin Drum Session. Observer. Though it does have its more scary parts, a lot of the time (and some of the most memorable moments of the game) is spent exploring an apartment complex and talking to residents. You can go at your own pace and there isn't any real sense of urgency. There's also computers you can plug into and play a neat little dungeon crawl game.

One of the most beautiful games in all of existence and I wish it could be highly expanded on. Underwater open world with the controls of ABZU would be my dream game. Yeah, going into mines and fishing are definitely far from chill. I would argue farming isn't chill unless you do very minor farming. If you completely ignore those and simply forage and talk to villagers, I can see it being a chill, albeit boring, game.

Farming is still pretty chill no matter how crazy you get since sprinklers make everything so easy. And fishing is like the most relaxing thing in the game! Mines can be pretty stressful though.
