How fascinating... turns out there is a HUGE difference between how team Mycro votes in matches as opposed to team azuarc.... (see my post on the previous page) Here are a few match results to demonstrate the difference between the two teams. Keep in mind that there are always a few "non-regular" voters in each match, who have not been assigned to one of the teams.

Innocence and Emptiness vs. Tiger

Also, Wow @ Infestation's dominance. Granted, I don't think many of us were expecting Skyclad to win. But Confronting Myself is looking really good right now! It's definitely one of those tracks we NEED to see in another VGMC.

Hasn't Confronting Myself been in multiple VGMCs now? I would hardly say it needs to be in again, and this is coming from someone who loves it and thought it was robbed of retirement (I want to say it lost by 1 vote in the retirement round to an okay song).

Wow... I totally was not expecting NWO to take down Scourge! It makes End of the Raging Waves look better! ...granted, NWO probably has been getting stronger each round. Somehow I doubt that Full Bass can beat Scourge. Crabulon vs. NWO might prove interesting... NWO might even look like the slight favorite at this point. I thought it should be doing better in the "who will win" poll....

I'm glad that Flash Frost lost respectably. For some reason, when skimming the votes, I thought Battle!! was going to get close to a doubling.

Yeah, NWO winning took me by surprise; I expected a doubling or so from Scourge's behalf, at least by watching Infestation crushing everything in its path and taking into account that NWO missed the retirement cut last year. Infestation/Scourge would've been an awesome sight to behold, but it seems that we have an underdog willing to take both Calamity's songs down.

Flash Frost losing to Battle!! is quite unfortunate, though.

I assume NWO gets a good chunk of anti-votes every match from people who hate the vocals, so its earlier opponents might look stronger than they are.

As far as YOATI vs. Autumn, a tie is about the best thing I could have asked for! I guess I wouldn't mind if Autumn won the tiebreaker, though....

Going off of my rankings, my top 5 round 4 losers are:

1. End of the Raging Waves
2. Passing Through the Forest
3. Ignith of the Final Attack
4. Life Will Change
5. DNF FW15C (ALL PHASE MIX)

Funny enough, I voted against 4 out of the 5 songs here in their round 4 match. The only one I voted for in round 4 was Ignith.

My #1 and #2 were sad matches to vote against them since the match was so strong and I wanted to see both songs advance. #4 and #5, though, I didn't mind not seeing advance. Their opponents were clear preferences of mine. I guess that shows how strong some of the round 4 matches were in my eyes.

Not all of them were matches that I was hoping to see (End of the Raging Waves vs. New World order was the only match out of the 5 that I had in my favorites bracket), but they still featured some pretty good songs nonetheless.
