UF8 06/02/19 5:05:56 AM #359:	If i had to quantify the songs left in c in terms of my hypothetical overall rankings I'm too lazy to actually properly compile... steelchambers low 40s (like 47 out of the 192 songs) at best, mid 60s at worst depending on mood, Flash Frost not much higher, definitely somewhere in 40s though, at worst high 50s. Studiopolis low-mid 30s normally. Chocolate Missile I believe I already placed around 30ish and I'd say that's still the case. Kill Command a few spaces to its better. Battle top 5. Incidentally, Romun Empire would've been right next to Studiopolis, that Lord of Vermilion song was maybe 50s and blackstarlight was somewhere in the low teens. BTL was one that kind of fluctuated for me a lot and I have no idea where I'd actually place it. Potentially below steelchambers but not by that much. When it went out it was probably like low 50s for me. Still, point is, while I like it quite a decent amount, it's still the weakest left for me. Not to mention I can confidently say it's been behind at least 7 songs on its side of the bracket for me. Even putting aside chocomissile and blackstarlight, Blue Skies was like top 15, linkage and murakumo were top 20s too, and iirc I voted precious heart in r1 over chocomissile so... yeah. Desire Blue Sky and Sublimation were right around that zone too and were both songs that could've been as high as top 20s depending on my mood (which they were right around the time I did my brackets) though I wouldn't confidently say I'd always go with them over it. Maybe I will feel differently in nine months, but it may be time to dramatically reduce my participation in VGMC so I don't get invested in the results. This is basically the last holdover from the old days that I participate from start to finish. What I mean is this: split the voters into two or more teams: for example, they could be Team azuarc and Team MycroProcessor. What team you're on is based on the VGMC user-matchup stats at the end of the previous VGMC. As for new voters.... eh, they may have to excluded or placed in their own group. This way, if you aren't satisfied with the normal results, you can see what your team voted for. Of course, all matches that take place would still be based on the official match winners. I'm not sure how big the difference in the voting habits would be with the two groups, though. I'll have to do a little vote sampling from this contest to see if there's a significant difference between teams.
