SS is easily my favorite (followed by Wind Waker), though I haven't played BotW which I've heard has a good Zelda.

There's a lot of good Zeldas!
Skyward Sword, Hyrule Warriors, Link Between Worlds, Breath of the Wild, Wind Waker are my top 5 personally. More or less in that order. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Haven't played most of the new ones, but Wind Waker, can't go wrong with Pirate Zelda! (honorable mention to OoT's Ninja Zelda, aka Sheik, though it's mostly due to her in SSBM)
