How do you like your eggs?

Depends on my mood, poached is probably my favorite overall though

Over medium if I'm just eating eggs (or things that don't mix well with eggs). Over easy if it's stuff for like a breakfast skillet/scramble kind of thing.

Sunny side up Cooked on one side only until the egg white is set but the yolk remains liquid.
Over easy Cooked on both sides; the yolk is runny and the egg white is fully cooked.
Over medium Cooked on both sides; the yolk is cooked through but soft and near liquid at the center. The egg white is thoroughly cooked.
Over well Cooked on both sides with the yolk fully cooked through and hard. Similar to a hard-boiled egg.
Over hard Cooked on both sides with the yolk broken, until set or hard.
Poached Cooked without the shell in boiling water.
Coddled Cooked in the shell in boiling water, the white remains liquid.
Soft boiled Cooked in the shell in boiling water, the white is cooked but the yolk remains liquid.
Hard boiled Cooked in the shell in boiling water until the yolk is firm.
Scrambled Eggs are whisked, then stirred as they cook, producing small curds. Other ingredients may be added.
Omelette Eggs are whisked, cooked without stirring, then folded over. Other ingredients may be added before folding.
Frittata Eggs are whisked, mixed with other ingredients, cooked without stirring, then flipped instead of folded.

Omelette, if that counts. Otherwise it's probably a tie between scrambled and over well, just depends on how much work I want to put into cooking them.

I'm all for trying things, but that one is a hard no.

Voted scrambled, because I like to make breakfast wraps and I use scrambled eggs in them.

Also, I'm surprised "omelet/omelette" (depends on where you're from) wasn't on there, as it's one of the most popular options for eggs, I feel. Hadn't even heard of scotched eggs before.

Maybe it's a regional thing.

No, I agree that scrambled is likely the most popular style of egg. However, it was already on the list, whereas omelettes were not.

if i'm making them myself? either: poached-medium, medium-boiled, or fried and on a sandwich

Probably. They seem to be only popular in the UK. Although a scotch egg wouldn't count here as it's not a style of cooking eggs. Hard boiled would be the correct choice on that front.

Exactly this. Over easy makes for great yolk dipping sauce with toast and such.
