Cooked in the shell in boiling water until the yolk is firm. Despite the name, I think leaving them in boiling water causes them to overcook quickly. The way I was taught was to bring the water to a boil with the eggs in the water, then remove from the heat and cover for 12-15 minutes. Justin2Krelian posted... Question is when do you scramble?
