Theyre losing Ghazni and the surrounding districts as the Taliban have regrouped and have been pushing around afghan security forces and the remaining U.S. forces.

Things have been getting steadily worse since 2014 but now the Taliban is operating and openly trying to reclaim territory the government holds not just to embarass the government but to actually reclaim it.

Short of a renewed injection of US forces the BEST we will ever do is regain a level of stalemate with ever worsening conditions. The Afghan government simply is not coalescing.

That's 24 million of the 34 million people in that age group. This means that the U.S. military has only 10 million people from which it can replenish its ranks in the future.

Health and physical fitness were responsible for 59 percent of the ineligible individuals, which largely stems from America's ongoing obesity epidemic.

The next major impediment is education. About 25 percent can't join because they do not have a high school or General Education Development diploma, a requirement for military service. Another 10 percent are not eligible due to criminal activity

I have never ever seen a person lose an appeal for unemployment that was not arrested for theft or fired for being arrested for fighting at work.

I've seen people lose for:

-Damaging property
-Showing up to work drunk
-Theft (no arrest)
-Intentionally faking hours worked
-Flipping off the boss

The reason a lot of people don't lose is because the company chooses not to fight it longer

I have seen so many people get unemployment for being fired for drug policy violations and being drunk at work.

As far as the flipping a boss off, I have never seen someone rage like that without quitting. If you quit, you are almost assuredly not getting unemployment. Always best to get fired over quitting unless the job is something that getting fired at could affect your future prospects.

The people were basically told "You intentionally disobeyed a rule/law/etc. that you knew well enough was in place," with the exception of the damage one, which was technically an accident but caused by reckless action, and the damage was said to be a result they should/could have seen coming.

I can't speak to the 4. But I have seen people get unemployment for drinking at work, failing a drug test going to rehab per rules and failing another after and fired per company rules, a person fired for refusing rehab for a failed drug test, a person who missed 18 days in a row of work when company policy said after 3 days missed in a row with no call was job abandonment and considered a quit, a person who missed 34 days of work in a year after the policy said steps would be taken at 3 4 5 and 6 and termination upon 7th... And signed a last chance agreement.

Etc etc.
