This one is about what you normally wear to sleep. Again, other is here because I may have forgotten something. Or somebody may wear something weird to bed. And discuss, I guess...

As for me, I think it's either sleepwear or like shorts and a t-shirt.

During warmer months, just undies. Maybe an undershirt.

During colder months, sweatpants, pajama pants, t-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, and/or socks. One of those combinations.

I always wear pyjamas to sleep, it's just not comfy otherwise.

In my bed I'm nude. No matter the weather. Even with the window open in the middle of winter.

Pyjamas all the time. Since it can be hard to find more than just pyjama pants though, I normally wear a t-shirt with them. I think I currently have only one 'set' of pajamas, and that makes me sad. But I also have two shirts that are comfier than most pyjamas, and that makes me a little less sad.

Solo, usually in pyjamas (short-sleeved in summer, long-sleeved in winter), unless it's really hot in which case I'll eschew the shirt. With my girlfriend, depending on whether or not there are other people around, I'll either wear just the pants or nothing at all.

I use to not like to sleep nude. I don't think it's my favorite way to sleep when I'm at home. But I do it every once in a while when it's really hot out... Especially when my AC was down for a while...

I use to wear those more often, but I haven't for years. I really want to get a Zelda one I saw, though. It looks comfy. And they have matching slippers, too!

I have a normal one but I also have a superman one my Nephew picked out for my Birthday once. My sister said they would have got Batman but it looked tacky as the black looked all worn out. I was fine with whatever but at least they have good taste. The Superman one is much thicker too so great for winter.

Just changing your pants and shirt every week. Of course it all depends what you do in said bed but if not sleeping nude you wouldn't really need to change the sheets each week if you're just sleeping.

I agree. I also have to do mine weekly. My pets like to come up sometimes to play or wake me up. Haha.

While you should change them frequently anyway, I don't think it really matters on sleeping nude or not. I mean, I like to usually take a shower before bed. And if I do that, it would probably be better than nude. Since if I'm nude, my body is clean. But if I wear sleep clothes, while they aren't dirty or anything, they aren't as clean as my body. But that depends on you're nightly routine...

I never said you shouldn't change them frequently. Just that every week isn't needed if clothed. If nude them yeah every week at least as your body "juices" will get all over the place. At least with cloths on they are contained and you won't have direct contact with them outside of your pillow cases. Again you could just wash your cloths more regular rather than your sheets.

Depends if you wash them or not. Just to be clear I'm not against folk washing their sheets each week and cloths if they wear them as often as they like but I'm simply saying it's not a must to wash sheets every week.

Maybe. I feel like I'd rather wash the sheets, though. I don't have enough clothes to wash my sleep stuff more than one every like week and a half or so. I don't go through many sets of clothing in a week. I feel sleeping in the nude after a shower keeps my sheets cleaner through out the week than if I slept in the same sleep clothes.

I usually wear basketball shorts on a regular day, and if I don't get em dirty, I just don't change out of em. Either that or pajamas

this is all wrong.

your sheets still get dirty. you're still shedding dead skin, you're still sweating, and yes, you do and will sweat profusely when sleeping. you're still covered up and in a bacteria incubator.

Depends on how warm/cold it is. I tend to not wear sleep pants unless it's really cold because the fabric can twist a bit and that's uncomfortable, so I usually kick them off before lying down. If it's hot, I'll wear a tank top. I prefer to wear long-sleeve nighties if the temperature allows for it.

My usual sleeping attire consists of sweatpants, underwear and T-shirt.

I occasionally (2-3 times a month) just conk out on my sofa wearing my daily attire.

I've done the same thing if I sleep somewhere that's not home or something. I think it's fine. I'd probably do that too if I could get comfortable. But I mostly wear jeans and a t-shirt around. Jeans aren't the most comfortable to sleep in. And I would probably still want a shirt on so my body isn't two very different temps. But if I wore something like sweatpants for some weird reason, I would probably do the same. When I'm home or have access to sleep clothes, I usually change just to be at an optimum comfort level.

I sleep in jeans all the time. I stopped with specific sleep clothes as a kid so I guess I'm just really used to it.

Only reason I take my shirt off is because sometimes I toss and turn and end up with the collar pulled tight across my throat and it's just uncomfortable
