At least with cloths on they are contained and you won't have direct contact with them outside of your pillow cases. Again you could just wash your cloths more regular rather than your sheets. Maybe. I feel like I'd rather wash the sheets, though. I don't have enough clothes to wash my sleep stuff more than one every like week and a half or so. I don't go through many sets of clothing in a week.
