I noticed something interesting when I forgot to close the video before Sentai's credits started rolling after today's episode of Cutie Honey Universe. Looks like we're going to see six different Honey transformations in this anime, four of which are yet to be revealed, and they all have different voice actresses



Most notable to me is Yukari Tamura. It amuses me that Nanoha's voice is making the rounds to all kinds of different magical girl shows now. Just from what's airing currently, she also voices Michiru in Mahou Shoujo Ore and Lulu in Hugtto Precure, and she also had a role in Twin Angel Break last year. Of course, Kana Hanazawa is no slouch either. It might be interesting to see which Honey transformations those two will be lending their voices to.

Darling in the Franxx is the only show in that list that I'm watching. I had zero interest in Citrus, and I never saw the past seasons of any of the other shows and really don't have enough of an interest in them to watch them now. I don't really follow seven deadly sins, haven't started steins gate yet and i pretty much discuss MHA with some RL friends because i'm not sure who else is watching it here.

Fafner the Beyond should deal with that new Mir that Miwa will communicate with. She should be old enough now. The new island is keeping those guys alive I guess. Kenji has gotten fat LOL. His head is a rectangle now. By the way I think Fafner the Beyond might be a movie. Which will kinda suck since we'll have to wait longer.

Also don't forget about Jonathan and his Mark Raison in space. I'm sure he'll come back too. Hopefully he'll be saved and join the good guys.

I've never watched yuri assuming it was all hentai lmao, pleasently surprised by citrus and it's harder to swallow parts add important development. I love mei's character too omg, love seeing her slowly opening up it's so good

never thought id watch yuri for the plot but this is my favorite series now

Unless its more of the hardcore variant... even then there's mostly plot.

Been playing Root Double. Got a ton of bad endings, a normal, and one good. That "normal" ending I'm assuming is the worst possible to get yet it has the best scenes, with Ena. Everything went to shit real quick after the kiss. Sucks that getting the best scenes leads to everyone dying

I'm not watching the P5 anime, as I just finished another playthrough of the game, but I just saw a all-out attack from the animation and I have to say that the game's animation is MUCH better imo.

Pretty much my thoughts. From what I've seen, the animation doesn't look so good and it doesn't bring anything to the table that the game doesn't. I'll just play it again.

yeah i guess if you played the game t he anime isn't anything new, but since inever played it and only seen LP's i'm enjoying it quite a lot.

Doubt they'll go into the social link shit and stuff.

And the story is gonna turn dark isnt it? It do have a tag of thriller/psychological horror.

Outside it is pretty regular, kinda bland even, but once they are in the maze, man oh man way to divert the animation budget.

Definitely. The thing to remember is that the show's quality is inversely proportional to how much of an unbearable shitlord Umaru is being at the time. Season 2 has a lot less of unbearable shitlord Umaru and more of "actually sort of decent but still flawed person" Umaru, plus way more screen time for her friends. Especially best girl Sylphyn.

First season was a 6.5 at the most. Second season was a solid 8.

I only saw the first four episodes of Umaru S2 but she was a lot more considerate and I liked it that way. She's still got some jerk moments but it's toned down.

Finally got to watch this week's Hugtto Precure episode. Such a fun show.




I think Homare might be trying to catch up to Hana in the "funny reaction faces" department.
