I was at 190 this time last year, was able to pretty quickly get down to 175, but I seem to have plateaued at 172 (which isn't really a bad weight for me.)

Still I wonder if it will go down in the summer when my diet gets much much better

Had a few days that I really wanted to eat more or felt like I was doing gymnastics to stay under my calorie restriction. A guy gave me an cherry pie thing yesterday which I would have felt bad if I didn't eat because he bought it for me. That alone put me down 400 calories right off the bat making the rest of the day a hurdle. Ended up 25 calories above my 1000 calorie cut a day which is just about perfect. It was hard though.

1000 calorie deficit is goal.

Day 1 -1346 calories from 1000 calorie deficit goal
Day 2 -92 calories from deficit
Day 3 -232

Day 9 + 63
Day 10 is today. I miscounted.

So based on this... I am at a 10,114 calorie deficit over the past 9 days. Which should be almost 3 lbs lost.

But halos have like 7 different supposed numbers for them. The one s nutrition has is 37 calories. But it also says it barely has any vitamin c and like 500% DV vitamin A. That cannot be right.

Easter put me way over today. I had to guess on a lot of calorie totals but I put myself at probably close to +1000 for a 0 calorie deficit today. It is okay cuz I have to fast for my physical on Thursday so that will probably be a -1000 calorie day for a 2000 calorie deficit to offset it.

I'm under 183. Let's hope I can stay that way. A big key is smaller "meals," kind of breaking things into components rather than a full meal. Why eat a full wrap when I can take the meat and veggies in a bowl, saving the bread/wrap for a small sandwich later? I'm still not eating a lot of fruit, but I can work on it.

I've also finally gotten over my soda kick. I find myself going to the vending machines downstairs, but I skip the drink (or just have one every few days). Habits really are hard to break.

Coming to this topic late, but I just wanted to express solidarity to you guys for pushing yourselves. Keep at it. It's all about will power. I've recently encouraged my best friend to start losing weight who was in the mid-250s, but he's going strong too. Makes me happy to see people get results.

So my buddy has been using Rule 1's Lean 5 fat burner. He has seen amazing results from it, and my girlfriend has started taking it took. I don't know if that might be something you guys are interested in, but it apparently works really well if you just make sure you stay hydrated and put in the exercise time.

There is no such thing as a fat loss wonder supplement. Konjac root is probably as close as you can get to it. Appreciate the thought, but I will pass. If you are keeping a calorie restriction you will lose weight regardless. Most of those supplements just drain you of water which makes you look like you lost weight and gives you the initial water weight loss. That is probably why you even have to give the disclaimer to stay hydrated.
