Yes No View Results 26 y/o American Tourist and former US Airman, Yevgeniy Vasilievich Bayraktar, a Russian Born American is suspected of a gruesome murder after he DECAPTITATED his date and then put her severed head in a bag and the rest of her body was scattered in the woods in JAPAN!! He's described as a "mama's boy" who took a vacation to Japan in Osaka and murdered Saki Kondo after meeting her on Tinder!! She was last seen on February 15th and was seen entering his rented hotel with him but the 27 y/o never emerged but he was seen exiting with several bags and was arrested immediately in a different rental hotel when she was reported missing He lived in Long Island, New York and grew up in the US after moving when he was 9 with his mother Regina when she married a Texan online.
