Food send back resturant

Use the medium example as an example. If you usually order fish or pasta imagine the equivalent to that. If youre thinking I would only send something back if it was cold or wrong then youre probably around the fourth or fifth option.

Id say I personally expect my food to be near to or just under what I expect, so I would probably pick the fourth option.

Unless they messed up the order (which doesn't really work with your examples, because it'd be a matter of asking them to hold the tomatoes or something on a burger), almost never. Even when I know they have a policy regarding the quality, it just feels awkward to ask.

I rarely do send backs. Unless theres something really wrong. Like telling me there arent tomatoes on the cheese Gordita crunch, and then I get a cheese Gordita crunch with tomatoes on it. I mean, what the fuck.

Im 99% sure there are no tomatoes on a cheese Gordita crunch

Have never done so. No ones ever messed up anywhere near bad enough on my stuff so far. Went with 6 though 7 might not be false in the end.

Probably can count on one hand the amount of times I have done so in my whole life. I'm pretty passive, it'd have to be a massive fuck up.

Think the last time I did was because my chicken fried steak was really red and bloody inside, which I've never seen from a chicken fried steak before.

If it's like the completely wrong order, it goes back. Other than that, I'm usually fine. But the questions seems to be more about steak.

depends. if they mess up my order it depends on how. am I fine with what got put on that I didn't want, or is it something I can't stand? like I don't want pickles on my burger, but if it happens i'll live.

Very very VERY rarely. Like if you give me something and it is moldy and/or rotten then I will send it back.

Most times I will just grit and bare it, but never go back to that place again.

just remembered once I got sorta lucky. I sent a triple whopper back for some reason or another and they messed up again when they gave it back to me. this time the mess up was an extra patty though. so now it was a quadruple whopper. I wasn't able to finish it, but I sure as hell gave it my best effort.

One time at Wendys I ordered a Baconator. Which is two patties, 2 slices of cheese, and 4 strips of bacon.

When I got back to work and unwrapped it, I had 3 patties, two slices of cheese, and 8 slices of bacon.

Someone else probably got a Baconator with one patty, two slices of cheese, and no bacon. Lol

with me I saw what happened. when I took it back they just took the top patty off as it was a condiment I didn't want. and slapped two patties back in its place.

I doubt someone got only 1 patty in your case. they probably slapped an extra on yours with out noticing, or did notice but said fuck it because they didn't want to take the extra time to take it back off. fast food employees aren't paid enough to give much fucks. i've seen plenty intentionally give more of something. hell had a manager who would always throw extra onion rings in the bag even though our store tried being strict. they wanted you to count out an exact amount of onion rings

Food send back resturant

If I'm paying a high price for my food at a fancy restaurant and it isn't exactly what I ordered then it's going back. If however it's some low chain "restaurant" that's cheap I let things slide a lot more as I expect it.

Only if the food is completely terrible or not what I ordered.

i dont have high standards, being completely terrible would be an accomplishment. and what I ordered? completely different food. if I ask for no "X" on it and it comes with it i generally dont care.

i'd say the same, except I don't eat at fancy places. can't recall one where I found the price to be worth the quality and portion size. either the quality isn't worth the price or the portion size is way too small.

I ran into this place visiting a friend in Tennessee though called fatboys I think. at first I thought the prices where a bit high, but when my food came to me I realized why they called the place fatboy's. it was pretty good but I had a hard time finishing. my friends girl got a burrito the size of a small baby my friend got a loaded potato that took up an entire plate. I just ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and fries, and it came to me in two Styrofoam take out trays to give you an idea of how much they gave me.

I will only send food back if they seriously screwed up my order, or at least gave me the wrong order. It doesn't happen often, but I have ditched one fastfood joint for giving me the wrong order, more often then the right one and two restaraunts for giving me food poisoning.

If I order medium it must be medium. Growing up my dad would always do this and it embarrassed me but I understood more when I got my own job.

He always said theyre getting paid to do this, if paying for it. Its okay if its a bit inconvenient for them. Which I thought was just rude but it makes a lot of sense.

I have to work for my money too I shouldnt have to feel bad just because theyre at work at that given moment...

But I would NEVER yell at or belittle them while doing it.

chances of that are possible but low. at least in kitchens I worked in, most people don't feel its worth getting potentially fired over. though one guy at the BK I worked with loved screwing with a co-workers order. nothing unsanitary though. shit like putting 30 pickles on the burger, or a quarter inch worth of mayo.

I don't think the dude gave a fuck if it pissed the other dude off. they where highschool kids and they disliked one another, but company policy dictated we where not allowed to make our own food. not that I cared after getting my order wrong several times I made it myself anyways because i'm not going to waste what little break I got trying to correct an order.

Very unlikely.

I'd only send food back if it was completely inedible, such as broken seafood shell mixed throughout the food (happened once), or meat, such as chicken or pork, being dangerously undercooked.
