Nah.

I literally do nothing on Blizzard subs outside of troll ithem because those people deserve nothing else. You can easily check my posting history and see for yourself.

Oh yeah I'm not claiming that HS is all skill or anything. It's a digital card game that embraces its ability to do things a paper game could never do (and a lot of that involves randomness), which is why I personally enjoy it.

But to claim there is zero skill involved when its abundantly clear that there is just blows my mind.

That being said, B8 tournament I am in (even though I only have two viable decks (I could piecemeal together a third but hoo boy a fourth would be garbo)).

Hey VI, you're the meta champ. Why isn't Elise in any of these control/fatigue warlock lists? She gives you an extra card to avoid fatigue with.

Plus pulling off a Tyrantus - Alex combo to OHKO a quest razakus priest in fatigue is the funniest thing I'll see all year.

and I just had a fun rage add where a jade druid spent five minutes yelling at me about being a sheep because I beat him with shotgun priest

Hell, you can still play your standard decks against wild ones. Every time I play wild most of the decks are just whatever the popular standard decks are at the time with three or four of the best wild cards subbed in. And unless something changed recently, people still play that Naga/Giants deck.

Surprisingly, Naga Giants isn't that oppressive! Smorc decks can and will still smorc it to oblivion.

Naga giants oppresses the shit out of the deck I play on the wild ladder. I can still do decently against razakus, though I don't think I can go so far as to call it a favored match-up.

In general, I prefer wild to standard simply because it opens up more possibilities. I realize that also means more possibilities for your opponent to abuse the **** out of you, but I'm used to most of those decks. Secret paladin and the like don't intimidate me. I just really don't like naga giants.

Someone devolve'd one of my minions into 4 mana 7/7

Anyone else seem to get evolved/devolved into a specific minion way more frequently than anything else? If I'm getting a 6 drop, odds are it's going to be Moat Lurker. I know it could be worse, but damn that thing likes to taunt me with it's empty deathrattle.

I have a good warlock deck at 6 wins. My 6-1 game versus another warlock is like we're going back and forth and im biding time to set up some bigger threats and I have death wing. Well like a couple turns before the other guy uses renounce darkness and a little later he's top decking and I have a two turn lethal. The following happens.

1. Spikeridge stopping me from pushing in
2. Top decks equality killing deathwing
3. Top decks Light fused stega AND rolls poison (+ attack would also win him the game).

Basically he drew the three perfect cards in a row and got a bonus luck effect at the end.

The worst feeling is when Nozdormu randomly decided to make an appearance. That's another card I'd like to see go into the hall just for those incredibly rare situations, been out for years and it still feels like a coinflip whether or not you even get a turn.

See, I love Nozdormu Panic, especially against Quest Mage or other solitaire decks. But they need to patch it so you cant get DDoSd.

my only problem with Nozdormu is that it seems like when he gets summoned onto my side of the board from random effects it can sometimes end my turn instantly? honestly it's only happened like twice so I'm not 100% sure on this. but I seem to remember that if my turn is already past the 30 second mark it ends my turn instantly or near instantly with little warning.

I'm pretty sure they've tried to fix Nozdormu more than once and yet it still causes problems. Someone managed to skip 20 turns or something like that in the last tavern brawl with it.

I only really mind Nozdormu when my opponent's animations carry into my turn and deprive me of my turn. If animations get queued up, the turn timer should not begin until those are finished.

You know what a bad opening hand is in arena? Grimestreet Protector, Dinosize, Sunkeeper Tarim. And drawing your second Grimestreet Protector on turn one. Deck wasn't even that heavy, just a really bad mulligan. I think I dumped 3/3/4 before the mulligan, can't remember.

The 19th card was Kazakus where I got 3 demons and two of them made me discard and the third do damage to myself

I would much prefer a Wild Tournament because then everyone wouldn't be using the exact same 4 decks, but I can definitely understand why Standard would fit better. Can we at least have a mini-Wild league or something on the side?

So i finally drafted a mage deck with frost lich jaina

It's 4-0 right now. Not only does it have frost lich but it has full on elemental synergy. The only thing it doesn't have is a bonemare. But I mean when it has the DK, Flamestrike, Blizzard, multiple good elementals, strong early game, double poly, etc I can overlook some stuff.
