Razor Ramon is 100% a character created by WWE
"Broken" Matt Hardy is... well it's unsure how much of that is "Broken" and how much of that is "Matt Hardy"-- to further that it's not clear whether TNA even owns "Broken"
The fact that Razor was not even open and shut means you can probably be pretty liberal with what you do with the Hardyz so long as you don't directly call them Broken

WWE has literally no reason to fear any sort of legal action if they play very conservatively. I mean, no more than they do now with their subtle mannerism use. I mean wrestlers have basically kept their characters when hopping back and forth time and time again, just having a token name change. It'd take a foolish amount of audacity by TNA to even attempt anything if WWE is not blatant, which is fairly easy to do while still keeping a lot of the charm the Broken Hardyz have.

You don't build the Hardyz to do a program with the Revival.

You build the revival to have a reason to interact with the Hardyz. The Hardyz were bigger than ANY ACT the WWE currently had. And they squandered it.

Just like they squandered the Bullet Squad before them. (think about the last time Karl Anderson was REMOTELY relevant. Or EVER relevant as anything other than "guy who gets pinned for AJ Styles")

Nah, he's not that dead. He's still going into a program with John Cena. Granted, if he stinks it up in the ring with John Cena, the dude is certainly dead.

I think Corbin has some upsides, but I would argue that his downsides, coupled with the fact that the writers just can't get the dude right, really makes him hard to see as a credible champion.

At least Jinder looks the part. Corbin without the shirt is just... man. I know we don't get other big guys flack, but Corbin might have the least impressive body for a guy they want to push out of anyone. I don't know why he doesn't put more work into his abs or something.

The only way Corbin is done is if his program with Cena tanks. Because if you can't look good with Cena, then you can't look good with anyone, frankly. And Cena is the type of guy that would let Vince know if someone can't hang with him.

If we've learned anything, it's that Vince will fuck with anyone, no matter how well booked they were before, MITB or not. I said this morning that Bray won the title legit, and look where he ended up. The only people who benefit from being at the top and stay that way are people who have gotten to the point where they don't need to ever win anything. But they still do BECAUSE they are that way.

Like that whole "AJ needs to feud with these people and win or he's not at their level" BS discussion from like a month ago. It's a catch 22, and you can't predict what happens, but for 95% of WWE wrestlers, it means they aren't where the other 5% are and never will be.

Anyway, Corbin could just as easily go on a tear and never lose or be put in a blindfold match with Heath Slater. It's better to get what accomplishments you can before Vince fucks with you or you fuck yourself up.

Honestly, I somewhat hope that Cena does the Cena-thing and beats him. Corbin is not a main event talent. He's not a good talker, he's only a decent in-ring performer compared to the other big names in WWE, his physique is sub-par, his character is pretty worthless, and he doesn't have the look of a star. Can't imagine he's selling any merchandise either.

What do they push him for? Who do they put him in a main event program with, and if they do that, how do you make it seem like Corbin isn't holding the other guy down? Corbin is well below the level of KO, Nakamura, Cena, Styles, and a lot of other guys that aren't even on the main event level right now. I would say he's not even as good as Mahal (because I think Mahal has done a great job of being entertaining, especially the last few weeks!).

Put him in the midcard and give him some more time to improve everything, and then MAYBE give him the big push to the title. Now just wasn't the right time. I think he needs to be knocked down the totem pole for a bit.

Gosh, even just thinking about Corbin as a heel... his heat is so lukewarm. That's like the one thing WWE likes to do. They love to build mega heels. They love to get heat on people. They're so lopsided. They seldom make amazing babyfaces but really do their best to get heat. And Corbin isn't even great at getting really good heat.

i.e. the Kane treatment everytime he went away, then came back as a mystery opponent. The difference is Kane had the perfect, "You are fucked," mystery opponent song. Corbin doesn't even have that. He's more like Big Show or Mark Henry. He's big, so he'll get the "threat" label...but I dunno. I don't think anyone cares about him, Big Cass, nor anyone. People like Strowman because he throws things. The other two just do things anyone can do.
