it means they are officially, formally taking up legislation from the house and having 20 hours of debate on it. After that, senators can add amendments with minor debate. Of course, McConnell could always put something entirely new in there

NPR has been interviewing Trumpeters who will lose health insurance all month. These aren't people that don't want it, but rather people that NEED it.

Every one of them still supports Trump repeal even though it will hurt them drastically.
