Your options are tiny. I probably have 100+ open on Firefox atm -- many of which are completely useless to me at this point and a few of which are likely redundant -- in addition to another 20 or so on Chrome (which, because Chrome annoyingly shrinks tabs so they all fit instead of scrolling, I have to limit myself with)
