Winners should be right because it'd be amazing if I somehow counted that that wrong. Tie could theoretically be wrong because I only made one quick pass to count that and was counting on checking it against azuarc's official results later when he reported them to see if it matched up but I dunno, it's probably right. I'd be okay if it was wrong though because ties are the enemy.

It initially looked like the last minute vote tied the tiebreaker, which sent it to unique voters. It was during the counting of the unique voter phase that I realized I failed to credit someone's vote and that it wasn't a tie after all. (If you're wondering, the tiebreaker criteria would have sided with XIO_PROCEED.)

Oh man. It was already abundantly clear we didn't see eye-to-eye as far as music goes, but this hurts me so much to look at. I also hate MARIA and would describe The Best is Yet to Come as "good but not great", but I actually love the rest of these.
