And the only "pro" rallier is the Rally Man himself, Whiskey Nick...even though he may be one of the most horrific liars on this earth, his talents will be useful for this match. I carried him for most of our reign so I expect him to start pulling his weight when his talents get put to good use.

In any case, corrupt? No. I might be the only FAIR GM this company has ever seen. I am more creative than Jakyl. I am more objective than Icehawk. I care more than Dante. I am not the king of ruining everything like Tom. These peons are nothing compared to the work I've done for UCA and the stuff I have innovated. No, because my image, my imagination for what UCA should be, is magnificent and objectively superior to what it is now. Tom's infection is just enough to stop my presence from establishing total excellence here. That needs to go bye bye.

And UCA has gotten along "fine" so far even with those fools around. Imagine how it will improve - and see how it has has improved exponentially with me, a GOD-TIER GM, around.

Jakyl is nothing. He didn't even actively choose to involve himself with UCA's competitors.

How utterly worthless he is. I would have created UCA better than he did. Now I have to UNDO what he did and THEN make it the right way, doubling my effort. So annoying. And I have to eradicate the slime, too, which will take such a long god damn time.

July 13th, 2018 is the day when everything happened. It was a Ruin ruined the Wrestling Industry. How it got a Friday I do not know but anyways, it was a Match between two men that we have become to know so well.

XIII General Manager of Ruin and Tom General Manager of Combat for total control over the UCA and the other man was FIRED!

And after an overtime battle, it was XIII who gained complete control and all hell broke loose!

XIII then turned to fire worker after worker. XFL was demolished and torn apart unless they feel to the command of Whiskey on the Rocks. Titles were vacated and this just went further and further and further down hill..

*Eaed smashes tablet in anger*

DAMN YOU XIII! We were friends and you were one of the reasons I became a great wrestler but your greed is the reason why the entire world of wrestler is a disaster!

Okay, so I was randomly thinking about the strap match rules, since last time I was pretty much in charge of that. The rules had a good start, but had some iffy stuff and I wanted to hammer it out to be a real legitimate match type for the future and not some weird gimmick we'll never use again. So uh, here's where I think the rules should be now.

1. Because the two competitors are attached via a strap, the lead can never exceed two votes.

2. If someone touches all four corners in succession, they win and the match is over. Four corners will be touched by getting four straight votes while holding the maximum lead already.

3. If nobody does the four corners above, whoever has the lead at the end wins.

So say XIII and Nick are in a purely theoretical strap match, and votes go like this:
XIII (XIII up 1-0)
XIII (XIII up 2-0)
XIII (XIII already has 2 vote lead, still 2-0, but he has now touched one corner)
Nick (XIII up 2-1 now, and XIII has to start the corners over later)
XIII (XIII up 3-1 and hits the 2 vote lead again)
XIII (XIII up 3-1, one corner touched)
XIII (XIII up 3-1, two corners touched)
XIII (XIII up 3-1, three corners touched)
Nick (XIII up 3-2, he has to start the corners over later)
Nick (3-3)

Now... I know you all saw me fight valiantly in my efforts to overthrow XIII tonight, but there's only so much one can do. First off, let's look at the highlights!

*Zero prepares to dropkick XIII off the apron and through a table. The dropkick connects, but a nearby KCF pulls the table out of the way in time for XIII to hit the floor table-free. Zero brawls with KCF and throws him against the metal steps, only to be blindsided by XIII and suplexed through a table*

...even with the outcome of the match, I was willing to leave tonight to my hotel and let XIII have his moment, doing whatever it is that he does; considering that he's only good with tables and whiskey and nothing else, I'm pretty sure XIII is a stripper. However, when I got to my car, the Merch Lawyer for Whiskey on the Rocks was there, and stated that I must come out here and congratulate XIII and call him the better man in front of everyone, or else be sued.

But I'll do one better than that. I won't just talk about XIII Rocks, I will talk directly TO XIII Rocks, because I not only represent the XFL, but I also now represent the people AND fans of the UCA that are not XIII. So without further adue, my guest on Zero Tolerance with ZeroSignal is none other than the infamous GM himself, XIII Rocks!

*XIII's music plays, but instead of XIII coming out, we get DaGeneticFreak with a giant burlap sack! DGF comes down to the ring and opens the sack, which is 13 rocks of different shapes and sizes. He places them all on the guest chair*

Not of everything. Not even of most things. No, really, my boredom is centred upon one man...

For over 6 months he has floated aimlessly in the MW title picture. He loses it to Ayv. He wins it back. He loses it to Sess. He wins it back. It got boring a few months ago and it's become clear over the last couple of weeks that the guy isn't losing his MW title to anybody in the current division, especially after yet another convincing win over Caelus.

It's also clear that he's a Heavyweight-tier competitor so I suppose this is a good news, bad news situation.

The good news: I am promoting KCF to Heavyweight as part of the DIVISIONAL SHAKEUP.
The bad news: I am stripping KCF of the MW title.

KCF as the seemingly-endless MW champion he looked like being does not fit with my vision, so I have changed things up a little.

"But XIII," I hear you ask. "What about the MW title?"

Well, my silly peons, that is simple. The new MW champion will be decided in a SIX-PACK CHALLENGE to take place at Summer Spectacular.

I'm sure you know how this works. Six men enter, everyone votes for two people, and the one with the most votes wins.

I have decided four of the competitors in this match. The final two spots will be filled with qualifying matches to take place tonight on Ruin.

I guess all I have to say is "better luck next time," KCF. Maybe if you hadn't made those pathetic excuses for your loss at KotB and your loss in the tag-team title match, you wouldn't have been brought to my attention.

I will get my title back! Someday. After someone beats your for it. Or maybe in a multi man match. Cause I'd say its pretty clear by this point that you are a terrible matchup for me.

In the meantime though I have my first HW title match since my ill advised Special Enforcers match with ctes more than a year ago. And it just so happens to be against my former tag partner and the guy who was my Special Enforcer in that match.

I made a mistake back then and I am going to try and rectify it here. There will be no attempts to stack the odds or sneak my way into a title win. I want to win this match fair and square, or not win it at all. Football, though I am not proud of much of what we did as a team, you are the man that helped fulfill my dream of winning tag team gold and I have great respect for you. I look forward to a good and competitive match between us.
