Congratulations to Whiskey Nick for a hard fought victory.

I thought I had you there early on in the match but you made a great comeback to win it.

Of course considering your recent reveal as the Rally Man that really shouldn't be to surprising.

I must say I enjoyed the crazyness at the end of the last show. And its nice to know that the only reason I am not the King is due to cheating. I'm sure people expect me to be upset about losing to an admitted cheater, but really I it seems like karma to me.

Last year in the King of the Board final I manipulated my way into being the special guest referee specifically to screw over eddy. Having the tables turned on me helps me to further appreciate how wrong I was in my former actions, and my former outlook.

So while I may not be the official Chaotic King of the UCA, I am still proud to be a changed man. A better man than I was a year ago. And I will continue to fight for enjoyment both for myself, my friends in Boko United, and all of the UCA's fans.

*pauses while the fans cheer*

It's time for me to spit some truth.

For months I have tried my hardest to make Ruin the destination program for UCA. For board 8 as a whole! I recruited new talent. I innovated matches. I gave ZeroSignal his chance. I kept faith in the man who was once the face of this company, Haguile, as he strove to recover from his amnesia.

And yet still people were not satisfied.

edwardsdv made allegations about me that are now confirmed to be false (the one bright spot about this - he was wrong the whole time). I recruited fresh new talent, and even when that talent turned on me and went to Combat - hi, Cobain, I'm looking at you - my loyalty, faith and commitment to UCA remained steady as a rock - unshaken. I am the man who gave Nee the opportunity he had been crying out for all these years, allowing him to finally break the glass ceiling and become "the man". I gave eaed a platform to grow into the competitor we see today - one of the greatest LWs of all time. Your two lovable fan favourites? All down to me.

So yeah, I framed Drak. I was sick of it. I was sick of working so hard only to be constantly undermined by the admin. We wanted a tag-title reign - one we earned fairly - and we wanted to defend against teams who earned their shots. Tom would just create random teams, taking a dump on the deep tag division that I helped to create in the process, just to try and get the titles off WotR.

I was quite justified in getting rid of three people in one fell swoop - First, Drak, an inactive jobber who nobody would miss. Tom, who was spending more time trying to sabotage me than actually trying to aid the UCA product. The robot clone was a far, far, far superior GM.

And, finally, Chris, who didn't deserve a goddamn thing after his absence. God I hate that guy. Sir Chris waltzed back into this company after 6 months of doing absolutely nothing and wanted to experience the fruits of my labour. And his little lackey, Ermine - a man who went a long way towards ensuring the company was in the state it was in when I arrived - was there to give him a "10/10! Would read again!" upon his "dramatic return". I'm surprised he could even form those words with his mouth wrapped around Chris' junk.

So no. I wasn't just going to allow Chris to waltz back in and win a No-Holds-Barred "rallying contest". That would just be the worst. Us, the most dominant tag-team of all-time, losing a rallying contest? That's nothing to do with our own epop, the basis of this company and a field in which we showed we are the greatest. No-Holds-Barred is just a stupid...race. It has nothing at all to do with us, and how we operate...or so I thought.

Then Nick betrayed me. Nick is the one who rallied. After all the times I looked the other way for him and kept my friendship with him despite his evil antics, he did literally the worst thing a human being can do. He rallied. He is the one responsible for the harrassment I've had to put up with from jealous swines like eddv, War, Reg, Tom and whoever else.

As per WotRMerchLawyer's instructions, we cannot split up. But as a friend? I'm done with Nick and I will look forward to tearing him apart in the ring one day.

But there is a person I despise even more than Nick...and that's Sir Chris. So, yeah, a No Holds Barred match might be Chris' domain. But Nick has rallying experience too and I refuse to lose my titles to them and the rest of that stable of scumbags, the XFL.

So I suppose it's time for the first ever edition of XIII DICTATES.

I dictate that we will not lose the tag titles on Combat. We will not "lose" them ever. We will drop those titles when we are damn well ready. When our Merchandise Contract runs out - because for as much of a douchebag as Nick is, WotR deserve the tag titles more than anybody else in the world. Yes, the f***ing world. You know why? Because WotR includes me. The best GM in the world. The best epop wrestler in the world. The very best this planet has to offer.

And I will punish the UCA by holding those titles for as long as I can.

You guys are all morons so I'll just give you the tl;dr version.

-I've put up with so much crap from you guys and I'm done with it.
-Yeah. I attacked Tom and framed Drak for it because Chris/Drak didn't deserve a shot at our titles.
-Nick is a traitorous douche, but I will defend those titles with my life because for as bad as he is, the XFL is worse.
