Buffing MF's E is such an ass-backwards idea. I'm not totally confused with an odd buff here and there, but with Miss Fortune they're constantly changing things that really don't make a big difference.
Ziggs buffs are interesting, I really don't think he needed them, he's just not FotM.
Riot does seem oddly averse to changing any of MF's base stats or scaling. It's almost like they're scared that tweaking anything to bring her more in line with other AD carries would cause her to spiral out of control or something.
It's the same with Caitlyn. As it stands, it looks like Riot wants them to stay as strong early game carries that drop off unless they snowballed. But the fact is that people will always favour a safer pick like Graves who's strong throughout.
New champions; Fiora (Laning version of Master Yi pretty much.), Hecarim (Kinda a cross between Skarner and Malphite cept worse then both of them. Jungler obviously.), Lulu (Support Yordle pretty sure I remember you playing her.), Varus (AD Carry with extremely strong laning phase and a thin skill shot that chain snares enemy champions on hit. His team fighting is kinda meh tho.), Darius (Retarded Champion with super lame kit. AoE spin, Built in Exhaust, AoE Hook, True damage ult with a refresher on kill.), Draven (Another AD Carry. Has some cool ideas with him where he can catch his throwing axes which bounce off on hit for refreshing his attack speed/movement speed steroid, he's kinda meh but very fun/technical.)
General balance changes that you would care about.
Lux has been buffed once and is getting another buff in the following patch. She is still considered meh Ahri has been nerfed like twice since you last played. She's still considered a top AP Carry behind only like Karthus and maybe Kog Maw. Shen was nerfed once or twice but everyone still bans him. Supports keep getting nerfed because Riot hates them. Graves has been nerfed once or twice now. Teemo, Olaf and Kayle got buffed pretty hard and you see them a lot more now. Teemo and Olaf are pretty lame right now. Ryze was reworked again... His Ult gives him free movement speed now too. Morello's Evil Tome, Deathfire Grasp, Will of the Ancients all changed. Merello's now builds out of Kage+Codex and has an active that is like Exe. Calling. Deathfire changed to Kage+Blasting wand. Gives more AP now, kept the CDR for some reason, Mana regen removed. Will of the Ancients is the same cept instead of Amp Tome it needs Blasting wand so it just costs more for the same thing. Atma's Impaler got butchered. Sunfire got a slight buff and isn't too bad now. Summoner heal nerfed New Item that builds out of Chalice. Unholy Grail. Has some pretty cool stuff on it. Mass Mana Regen for the most part+CDR+AP+MR. Another new item. Maw. Builds out of Hexdrinker which was also changed for the better. Maw is like MR+AD+Life gets lower bonus AD+Spell shield to save you from burst. Doran Blade and Ring nerfed. Lifesteal items nerfed in general. Graphic update. Bunch of other balance changes.

In Riot's defense, AD carries have the most delicate balance of any champion type in the game because of their snowbally nature. I'd honestly, HONESTLY say that Vayne is the most balanced AD carry right now for a number of reasons. It took a lot of work to get her there.

Those nerfs to Zephyr are pretty huge. It means, among other things, that she will no longer be able to stop enemy bot lane from capping their point on dominion.

I would like to state that Kayle did not get buffed "pretty hard" - it was only a buff to her W, which while welcome still didn't radically change her. People just finally stopped being bad and realized that she has actually been very good for a long time.
I've found an amazing strategy for Olaf. It's called autoattack them to 1/4 of their health at Level 1. I swear no top I've faced so far expects this and it messes with all of them.

...ok. WTF. Those tops fail.

1.Go to lane. 2.Wait for enemy to last hit 3.Press Q. 4.Auto attack. 5.While enemy panics at your aggression, you attack creeps and beat them to level 2.
Now they're in serious trouble.

Occasionally Catch the Teemo on Dominion goes horribly, horribly wrong, and you end up almost going full Deathcap on Taric.
I say almost because we barely managed to kill Teemo for the tenth damn time just after I sold my Void Staff, and they surrender according to the rules of the game. Felt strangely horrifying having 1080 AP.
Our Fi ended with 69 kills. Our Teemo ended with 77 Assists, and I ended with just 74 assists.
-new models for Magnificent TF and Katarina + skins are confirmed in the works -Xin Zhao confirmed to be almost done with his kit rework (which I didn't even know was happening) -with the leaked files for a Karma skin, Karma rework is probably close
Hey guys, been a while since I stepped in here. Finally managed to get a decent framerate going, so I've been playing some games lately and catching up. Just dropping in to say I'm open to play some games with anyone who doesn't mind some ring rust. Here's to hoping I can play with everybody and catch up soon! :D
And speaking of catching up, I just wanted to point something out for the less number-crunchy guys among us. With Jayce's release, I know there's probably lots of people who are interested in him as a stance-switching character and think it's cool as hell. The good news is, you're right, Jayce is really damn awesome. The bad news, however, is that there's absolutely no reason to stance switch except for narrow escapes in a fight.
Why? Because his Mercury Cannon form has Hyper Charge. That skill, alone, is the single most powerful steroid in the entire game...even when matched up to entire skill packages. Even Vayne's triple-skill package is worse than Hyper Charge. If you're curious as to why, the reason's simple: because he automatically has 2.5 attack speed for his first few attacks, Jayce can simply load up on pure AD and crit, utterly ignoring AS unless it comes as gravy to him, and RAVAGE his enemies with beefy automatic crits. Since you're firing off three attacks in a little more than a second, you will outburst any enemy who is even remotely in your league. This is further compounded by the fact that for some arcane reason, Hyper Charge also provides a damage boost of 30%, which means those three IE-boosted crits are going to deal utterly humongous amounts of damage (math tells me it's something like 325% damage...per hit. In other words, you're hitting for nearly the damage of ten normal autoattacks in a little more than a second, assuming three crits). To anyone who wants to win games, I heartily, heartily recommend picking up Jayce and going for a pure AD+Crit build. I haven't mapped out all the details yet, but at least on paper it seems like it should be able to dominate any matchup in spite of his shortish range, particularly because it even benefits his potent Shockblast.
On that note, a question for Red, FD and Chris, who have stuck with LoL while I was absent: the seemingly best build for Jayce ATM seems to be Zerk Greaves, IE, Critcloak, Riceblade, Atma's, Thirster (preferred order for the last three items, but absolutely DO get the critcloak early), Ghostblade, then either LW, PD, or one more Thirster. Does this look right to you guys? This setup provides Jayce with 58/88% critchance (before green pot), up to 75% bonus AS when Ghostblade is on (after emptying hypercharge of course), over 300 base AD at worst, and relatively decent defensive stats, plus a decent amount of CDR to get more Hypercharges going. It looks pretty solid to me, but I figure it's worth checking. Am I right about disregarding AS being the best choice with him?
Kan, Jayce is so versatile and OP i don't think there's a wrong build for him.
But yeah Hyper Charge is stupid broken, not only great for killing champs but also makes Jayce an insane pusher if he builds damage. I do build some AS on him because I get Trinity Force on him. With how often he can spam abilities I can't pass up that Sheen damage, and everything else on Trin is just added gravy.
Like I said, it seems that his only downside is his lack of a real escape. Increased movement speed isn't really that big of a deal, if multiple players pin you down. But that requires some coordination and teamwork, and lol solo q.
Actually, it seems that a fair amount of recent champions punish the other team if they don't coordinate.

Why didn't I think of this before? I keep trying to play games seriously--- you know, clear the jungle, counter jungle, keep timers, etc.---but I forgot that people are dumb and bad and I can just get mobility boots and gank and never stop.

Yeah you can pretty much just play like that to 1600 without any issues lol.
Do it with Twitch though, it's more fun lol

On that note, a question for Red, FD and Chris, who have stuck with LoL while I was absent:
Hahaha I don't know about that. Chris FD and Red are pretty much still Diablo Bound. I've been trying to get FD and Red to play more but they won't listen!! :(
Literally the worst. Why do people hate fun, especially now that I can actually play with sound. :(

looking for opinions on how to build urgot!
Glacial Shroud, Brutalizer, Manamune are all good items. Lategame it really depends on what you're doing but GA is good, so is bloodthirster, triforce can be an alright choice. Max Q first always, max W second for superslows. Get CDR because it owns on you.
