I think that most people are interested in hardware capabilities and software. We've all seen the touchpad and unless it drastically changed I don't think that will be a big focus.

Nintendo will have to sell the idea of a tablet controller to a casual audience, but 'hardcore' gamers should take well enough to it after the Wii. I don't think the people who made the Wii a huge success are going to immediately see the benefit of the tablet unless Nintendo shows a bunch of cool features for it--more than just here's a map and menu.

Then again, I think Nintendo's focus at E3 will be aimed at getting the typical gamer audience back on board more than anything. I expect a good deal of games that are very unlike Nintendo--Call of Dutys, FPS, Assassin's Creed--alongside their own stuff like Pikmin. It'll be easy to get a gamer audience excited and talking, especially since Sony and Microsoft are holding back.

anyway I would recommend jumping on that Target price drop if you haven't already. $30 for the game plus $11 for the DLC ending and 2 Street Fighter episodes make it an incredible experience.

Ignore those 11.5 and 15.5 episodes. Those are easily youtube'd and don't really add much to the story.

also they usually announce the prize the day after the Club Year ends so assuming that hasn't changed, look for it around July 1st. Are we still celebrating the Zelda 25th? I guess they could do something for that. I'd bank my money on the Kirby 25th though!

Been finishing up Tales of Graces. Probably has the best JRPG battle system in existence, which more than makes up for some other issues the game has.

I feel sorry for any major game that's being developed on the Vita right now. I don't think any of these developers thought it would tank so badly when they decided to make a game for it.

Well, Gravity Rush is a first-party game. I think Sony will do a good job presenting Vita at E3. There won't be a price drop, I don't think, but there should be some good games and bundles that make it more appealing. The goal for Sony here isn't to outsell the 3DS, just create a healthy platform.

The Vita is significantly far away from being a healthy platform, is the thing. It gets outsold by the PSP in Japan every week. There's a loooooot of ground to make up.
