Awesome, I learned that the only timed missions are Grissom Academy: Emergency Evacuation and Tuchanka: Bomb. Which means on this playthrough, I can recruit Tali before I do Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists and Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery.

Now I won't feel like I need Tali in every single party to make up for getting her so late!

Something I forgot to mention earlier, after posting Angry Joe's video about the Indoctrination Theory. He talked about Shepard's eyes and how they have that glow in them if he chooses Blue or Green, the glow that apparently signifies indoctrination.

Well the Illusive Man has had that glow in his eyes for as long as we've known him.

I was under the impression he only got indoctrinated some time after ME2, but if those are really what indoctrinated eyes look like, then he's always been indoctrinated. Hmm.

Klencory is famously claimed by the eccentric volus billionaire Kumun Shol. He claims that a vision of a higher being told him to seek on Klencory the "lost crypts of beings of light." These entities were supposedly created at the dawn of time to protect organic life from synthetic "machine devils."

You know his backstory? He was hit with some kind of beam from a Reaper device during the First Contact War. They've presumably had some kind of influence on him ever since.

I've run into a couple of weird glitches in ME1 recently, returned to the ship and Shepard was still in his armor holding his rifle, I put it away and he popped back into his normal outfit on the ship. And one of the doors on an elevator on the Citadel didn't render at all so I was looking at the wall of the elevator shaft on the way back to C-Sec.

I love how they expanded on biotic explosions in this game. So you can set up some really awesome combos with three biotics.

Liara uses Singularity, Kaidan uses Reave to explode that guy, I use Charge to explode that guy, then Nova sweeps up any leftovers. An entire group of enemies gone in 5 seconds. Beautiful.

Tech explosions is where it's at for me right now. Squad cryo ammo and wide incinerate is fun times. Especially since I can throw out an incinerate and still be cloaked.

Meh. Tech explosions aren't as good. Biotic explosions are more varied and you can set them off a lot more consistently.

And when I'm an Infiltrator I'm just killing guys left and right with headshots. No need to use powers all that often. A cloaked Energy Drain gets rid of shields instantly, and sets up an easy headshot as well.

Oh great. Apparently if you opt not to use the turret on Palaven's moon during the "defend the wall" section, you can't progress. I decided that it was just easier to continuously use Slam on the husks. So now there are no more, but since I wasn't on the turret, the scene with the Brute does not trigger.

That's really annoying, dammit.

3 hours in... not really feeling engineer.

It's not bad or anything, just not a place style I enjoy. More about tossing out turrets and drones to do work then actually involving you.

Probably going to restart with a different class.

Engineer is fun but it can get boring. It makes Insanity even easier though with the amount of crowd control you have. Especially if your squadmates have good crowd control abilities too (like Singularity, Slam, Tali's Drones).

Sentinel is better in ME2 but it's still pretty good in ME3. Having both tech and biotics is pretty useful. I went with Defense Matrix as a bonus power. Mostly because of the tech damage boost and the ability to instantly restore shields.

Tech Armor was better in ME2, though. Having to manually detonate it is lame. I think the only time I ever did in ME3 was when I was surrounded by husks.

I think Vanguard/Adept have the best heavy melee animations. I just love biotics.

So it's odd that my main class is Infiltrator. But I like sniping the most, so that's why.

I've never used Throw before but it's friggin' hilarious.

Just go flying all ragdoll-ish across the field. Don't know how useful it is against armored enemies.

Cryoblast is great, too.

Hearing that tech armor has to be detonated kinda sucks, I like to have three offensive abilities linked to my buttons, but I might have to link the armor so I don't have to go into the menu to detonate it.

As Murph said, you probably won't ever need to detonate it. Going into the menu every so often to detonate it isn't too bad. Save your buttons for offensive abilities.
