Holy crap, I am learning A LOT of about the Gibbed Save Editor.

Before, I thought simply typing in a new face code changed your appearance, but apparently you have to go under the different meshes and make the changes there.

You can make some CRAZY looking vampire people and stuff! You can make it so that your skin matches your eyes, and you have the eyes of the Illusive Man, so you can picture that.

So apparently not only the Donnelly/Gabby scenes bugged where they don't trigger, but there also scenes with Tali and Garrus in the engine room that ALSO don't trigger.

Yeah turrets are easily the worst. If they get a lock on you there's pretty much no way to survive.

But I do love to Sabotage a turret right after an Engineer places one.

Of course Sabotage is not available to me right now so UGH.

I'm starting an Adept file now too. Still not sure which bonus power to choose. I chose Slam for Vanguard, and it seems to work out nicely when Charge won't work (like for enemies that you can't reach). I'm thinkin' it won't matter though, since Adept already has enough powers for me to use. Maybe I'll go for Barrier for some defense.

I'm on Mars now, about ready to start chasing Eva. I have no used my gun at all.

Adepts have no use for a gun as far as I can tell.

Not sure if I wanna just forget about Shepard's Singularity in favor of Pull. Since Liara's Singularity is better (you don't have to aim it), I figure it's better to just have Warp, Pull, and Throw. And then Liara's Singularity on the d-pad. I think that's the best setup.

Bonus power for Adepts should always be Energy Drain, Shields will mess you up big time otherwise.

I'm going to try out Dark Channel.

What are the perks of importing a ME3 char btw?

I think you get to keep all your weapons, and your level of course. But you can't change your class.

Beat it on Insanity last night, picking up every Achievement except the one for 5000 kills. That's two full playthroughs, and the second one reaffirmed my initial thoughts: that ME3 is a masterpiece until the final ten minutes when it faceplants into a wall after having been fired out of ten consecutive mass relays.

Also, I think Shepard has joined Link and Jill as my all-powerful triumvirate of gaming characters. The Shepard's story is just too good, as is the character him/herself.

I'll now put away this bad boy until we get the first round of big DLC.

ME's multiplayer isn't bad, it's just kinda boring. Maybe I'd be more into it if some of those alien characters were unlocked from the get-go (or if it had a Geth Infiltrator dammit).

Third alternate? The hell are you talking about? EDI has her main look and two alternates.

Eva Core:



EDI's second alternate outfit:


Miranda:


Miranda's main outfit has black sleeves and a honeycomb pattern to the white sections, Eva's outfit has blue sleeves and no honeycomb pattern, as does EDI's second alternate outfit. In other words, it's based on Eva, not Miranda.

I thought that was pretty obvious and kinda the point. EDI is using Eva's body, may as well wear her outfit, too.

EDI's second alternate outfit is the exact same thing. That's the point. She's wearing Eva's outfit, not Miranda's.

Uh, EDI's default look is just Eva. I obviously meant second alt when I said third. Her second alt is similar to Miranda's main outfit. Of course it's without the honeycomb pattern. It's just the white, with the cleavage rectangle thing, and the dark sleeves (also the Alliance logo in place of the Cerberus one in the same exact spot). And her first alternate kind of resembles Miranda's black outfit.

Actually, I love how Miranda is on the run from TIM by wearing THE EXACT SAME OUTFIT she did with Cerberus. At least get a haircut or a change of clothes something, jeeze.

That's one of my issues with the majority of appearances from your ME2 squadmates. Most of them are wearing the exact same clothes they did in the previous game. They should have all gotten at least somewhat of a change. Jack at least got a complete makeover.
