I was woken up by the Northridge earthquake in 1994. It caused a lot of damage in some areas, but I don't think anything major happened to me or my house. I think a few things fell over, but that was it. I just remember not knowing what was going on since I was 4 at the time.

I've also seen a few wildfires when driving around and such, but none that could affect me or my house.

EDIT: Of course, I also experienced many other earthquakes (including one epicentered just a mile or two from my house that really shook me), but Northridge was the biggest.

My town had a microburst when I was like.. 10 or so. It totally flooded my basement, power was out for a few days and there was a whole tree balancing on our powerlines when it was over.

There was an earthquake during my television production class in seventh grade. At home, some stuff fell off the TV and landed on my PS2. Luckily, the PS2 was unharmed.

OK, well I was there for that hurricane trio here in Florida back in 2004. Wasn't so bad but I was very poor at the time so we had no AC for a week and a half, augh.

Since the NW isn't tropical, we don't get Hurricanes or TSs with names, we just get giant-ass winter storms that are like cold hurricanes. There was one a few years back when I Iived in Astoria still that destroyed a bunch of stuff and took out so many trees. We were designated a disaster area. So yeah, giant storms no one cares about because they're not named.

One of these tornados went through my yard. One of the pine trees in our backyard was uprooted. Five more were literally snapped in half and the upper halves dropped in the yard. These were full-grown trees. Luckily damage to our house was limited to the shingles being ripped off.

Alright, so I was only 1-year-old, but it's the only natural disaster that I have "experienced."

EDIT: I guess hurricanes. However, by the time they get to me they're usually pretty weak.

Yes.

While on vacation last year, I felt that small east coast earthquake.

When I got home, the hurricane woke me up from my sleep.

After that, there was flooding, but not that much.

And there was probably a big snow storm at some point in my life before then.

This F2 tornado was about a mile and a half from my house, that's probably the closest I've ever been to one. I remember I was playing Chrono Trigger when mom rushed in and told me to get to the basement immediately, sirens were going off and everyone in the house was panicking.
