yeah, it should be pretty easy to PM it. just have the ad and receipt, right now you're covered under the 'i can return this no problem' phase. worst case you actually DO return it, in which case you then buy the other one.

it isn't just an online offer, the retail store has stickers and signs of it as well. print out the 3ds page, take pictures of the proof in store, hell ask them if they have an ad saying it. but also be sure to get the store's number. worst case if a rep gives you trouble you can have them confirm that it isn't an online offer but done in the stores as well with that. in which case they'd have to PM it.

'whoo.' i mean if you can pop into gamestop first that'd be good too. you might be able to score some physical proof too (like i said, camera or hell a short vid with your phone) to settle it that way too. as long as proof exists they can't really deny it. and considering it's gamestop, it's clear enough that it's a nationwide chain and not just online.

Man, it better be Christmas money or something. Ghost recon, cave story is with a different feel and great, devil survivor overclocked, ace Combat, Mario 3d, Mario kart, and re reveliations are the main ones I'd check out. Tales of the abyss next week too. Doubt you care about dead or alive but there's that too, along with the n64 upgrades.

Aside from the obvious Nintendo games, Shadow Wars is pretty cool. It's a military SRPG with a ton of content for only $20. The story is silly, but it's a good RPG to play while commuting or in small doses. Devil Survivor Overclocked is really great, one of my favourite non-Persona SMT games. It's another SRPG with a much better story, good voice work, and flat main characters. I've only played the demo of REvelations, but I did enjoy that quite a bit. Confined quarters, restrictive shooting, bad enemy designs - all the things I want out of Resident Evil. It seems like a return to my preferred style of Resident Evil games (namely, 1/REmake). I'd say they're all worth a look at the least!

On the eShop, Pushmo is a must, it's easily one of the best puzzle games I've played. It has hundreds of puzzles with the ability to scan in new ones via QR code. I just bought Mighty Switch Force last night, and it's a neat puzzle platformer with incentive to speed run. Mutant Mudds is a game I keep hearing about, and it sounds like it makes great use of the 3D effects. You operate on three planes -- foreground, middleground, and background -- as you traverse through the levels. All three games have QuickLooks on GiantBomb.

Over the next month there's Kid Icarus, which looks really cool but might not be worth $40, Tales of the Abyss, which is a Tales game, and another platform to buy Rayman Origins on.
