it isn't just an online offer, the retail store has stickers and signs of it as well. print out the 3ds page, take pictures of the proof in store, hell ask them if they have an ad saying it. but also be sure to get the store's number. worst case if a rep gives you trouble you can have them confirm that it isn't an online offer but done in the stores as well with that. in which case they'd have to PM it.
