even though I believe there should be a lot more on the eshop - seriously nintendo when there was no software out for the system you should have just loaded the eshop up with titles while everyone waited for mario - there's a lot I want on there! I just bought another $20 card and am trying to decide how to use it. Mutant Mudds, Sakura Samurai, Kirby's Adventure 3D, Super Mario Land 2, Gargoyle's Quest, and VVVVVV all look like worthy recipients of my money

already have Link's Awakening, Pushmo, and Mighty Switch Force.

ha! we've had this discussion before. the scary thing is that by the time i get around to finishing mgs2 hd, mgs3d will be out. i might be tempted to grab that for on the go and play peacewalker on my hdtv

I feel like I need to be convinced not to impulse by this. The only game I know I'd want badly is Devil Survivor Overclocked. The price is so tempting, but there will probably be a new model out before the year ends or early next year. I can't decide.

How often do you use a handheld? How many games out on the 3DS and the eShop do you see yourself playing beyond Overclocked? Don't buy it if you don't plan on using it. I think this is going to be a great year for the 3DS, and I already have a healthy amount of games, both physical and digital, but if there's not much on your radar, you should wait on it.

I'd recommend looking into some of the really cool eShop games (Mutant Mudds, Pushmo, Mighty Switch Force, Sakura Samurai) and some of the interesting upcoming games (Rhythm Thief, Kid Icarus, Luigi's Mansion 2, Paper Mario) before making a decision.

Check out the GiantBomb QuickLooks for the eShop games I mentioned. It'll give you a good idea of what they are, and I'm sure at least one of them will appeal to you. If you're wary of shopping online, most places carry $20 3DS eShop cards, and all of those games are about $7.
