(1) Mewtwo From the Pokemon anime, Mewtwo is a psychic Pokemon. Widely regarded as one of the most powerful Pokemon in existence, Mewtwo possesses telepathic and telekinetic abilities, including summoning a barrier to protect himself; teleporting; an energy attack called Shadow Ball, which is powerful enough to destroy a building; and Hyper Beam, which fires a large beam from his mouth. Mewtwo was also able to Disable almost fifty Pokemon at once, preventing them from using any attacks.
Mewtwo has also used his powers to create large-scale illusions of hurricanes, wipe the memories of large groups of people, and unleash large amounts of destruction; he destroys the Team Rocket headquarters at one point. He also teleported an entire island, lake, and spring into a small cave.

(4) Lord Foul Lord Foul the Despiser is the primary antagonist of The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant. An ancient and seemingly immortal being, he traveled the universe planting evil powers said to be capable of tearing planets apart so that later beings would find them and destroy themselves until the Creator was able to defeat him, and establish the Arch of Time to seal him away in The Land, a single continent. Foul possesses incredibly powerful magical abilities, enough that at full power, direct combat against him would likely cause enough damage to destroy the world. In addition to using his powers for direct destructive means, Foul and those he empowers have used a variety of indirect abilities including manipulating the weather, resurrecting shades of the dead, and summoning creatures that induce extreme fear in all who witness them, though these abilities generally require time to use.
Foul has an inherent power over the undead, able to perfectly enslave any who violate the Law of Death. In addition, his nature as equal and opposite to the Creator means that he cannot be defeated by any power not guided by free will, and attempts to carry artifacts containing mere fractions of his power inevitably corrupt the bearers into serving his will. Though he is apparently immortal, sufficient force directed against him or he himself utilizing all the power at his disposal can nonetheless leave him powerless for many centuries at a time.

Brutal match up for any mind readers and basically anyone with supernatural senses <_< One of his servants touching you can overload your brain if you have the ability needed to properly feel it and you're not ready for it, and he kind of makes them (and by "them" I mean disembodied spirits who lived on after their bodies died through sheer spite, so they're pretty unnatural nasty bastards to begin with) look gentle. Looking into his mind is going to ****ing hurt, not to mention that trying to control his powers in any way will corrupt you into serving his will, and any attempts at mind control just mean you can't beat him anyway. Also kind of interesting to see how Mewtwo himself would handle to being on the receiving end of illusions, but really I think the most likely course of action here is Mewtwo gets royally messed up due to attempting telepathy, possibly taking him out of action but certainly screwing him up way too hard to focus on properly defending himself.

I don't know that Mewtwo would go straight for the mind rape or any kind of telepathy. He seems to like to try and overpower his opponents with sheer force first because he's arrogant and should be more powerful. I don't know if he has the raw-power to take down Foul or at least hinder him enough to hamper him severely enough to matter, but I think it's where he'll go first.

Foul is such a bad character here due to how little he actually does in the source (being more of a plotter), but he's probably more powerful.
