In fact, the only valve games I like are Portal 1 & 2. And they hired people from digipen to make those.

The only Final Fantasy I think is any good is VI. And I don't even think it's that good.

Sonic Adventure 2 was the pinnacle of the series.

Lost in Blue is the best nintendo DS game.

I enjoyed parts of FFXIII despite being scornful of Final Fantasy and its fans post X.

I also play on Easy mode first time around more than Normal.

I looked at a guide after every decision I made in the Suicide Mission of ME2 because I wasn't man enough to face the consequences.

Not even, it's just that I get bored extremely fast so if a game isn't good enough to keep me hooked so much that I'll play for 10 hours a day I'm never gonna finish it !

I played Shining Force for close to five years without ever beating it.

I'd rent it, get to Chapter 5 or 6 and then I'd have to return it.

And this was before the days of finding everything on the internet easily so I didn't own the game until like 1999.

So from 1994 to 1999 I just played the first 5 or 6 chapters like a billion times.

Now, I hardly even care about chapters 7 and 8.

Tons of games, some sealed, some barely played, some never finished. And also, I never bought a Wii and never plan to.

I've essentially never played any game for PS1, with the exception of FFT.
I've never played any game from quite a few major series, including Metal Gear and Mega Man.
I seldom, if ever, finish games.
In any game with classes, multiple characters to choose from, or where you might otherwise get a new experience from a new game (Civilization, i.e.,) I'm a chronic restarter, and thus I almost never load games for a second sitting.
I enjoyed Deadly Towers when I was little.

I dislike Fallout 3. (And love New Vegas)

This was back when I was around 13 or 14 (so around when I first joined GameFAQs), but I was one of those people who would bash games they never played. That is, I would go as far as to argue why a game sucked when I hadn't touched it instead of just letting it be. For example, Grand Theft Auto III was once my least favorite game.

It really is a miserable way to be.

Hmm... I also used to abuse quick saves or save states. After I realized that it was really draining the fun from the games, I stopped.

When you get to that part in Twin Snakes, instead of "the back of the CD case," Baker will say "The back of the package." I had no idea what package he was talking about. I assumed it was referring to some package you had to find, so I looked all over for it.

And then I thought, "Wait...Wasn't there a Codec frequency on the back of the case for the game?"

I seriously felt like I had cheated when I looked it up.

To estimate the time it will take me to finish any given RPG, I research the average time to completion for sane people who don't feel a ridiculous compulsion to talk to every god-damned NPC in the game every time there's the remotest chance they might say something different. I then multiply that number by 2.5.
