It was pointed out to me that one very good thing about the release delay is the Savage release timing changing. Savage typically launches 4 weeks after real launch (not early access), which would have put it the same week as Christmas, which is completely insane. Now it's launching Jan 4th, which is...much better. Progging raids during the holiday season sucks.

Speaking of which...I might as well ask in here. My old raid group appears to have disbanded over the break and my raid leader has been unresponsive and mains New World or something now, so I'm lacking a group if nothing changes. If anyone on Aether needs a phys ranged for the new tier, I'm available, apparently! I'm also willing to go caster as I have BLM/RDM raid experience but BRD is love, BRD is life.

yeah, i was thinking the same thing, though i wasn't around for SHB trailer. but vocal songs are pretty common for trials, and the second trial is still unrevealed.

Diadem feels utterly glacial to me compared to leves. I know there's better ways to use those allowances if you have your crafters maxed out but I'm assuming that's not the case here and they really zip you through levels like, ludicrously fast.

Got Bard to 80. Apex Arrow seems dumb? This class was boring until just before 70 where it got real exciting (68 was procking off of Emoyreal, right?), but unfortunately unless they make it so that you can blow up/move specific debuffs or have some type of indicator on the job gauge, I'm not interested in constantly looking over at the ailments list to see where I'm at.

Are gathering leaves really better than collectibles? Collectable turn-ins are so god damn strong, the only part that's an issue is when you are struggling to get geared right after 50.

You can decouple the ailments from the enemy's bar (I put it right above my buffs) but yeah it's still not ideal because I only care about my dots...and trick...and chain. At that point it's a very specific series of asks to fix
