I'd say Atlanta's still a borderline bottom 5 team. Their wins are the Dolphins, Jets, and Giants so they can be better than them, the Jags, and the Texans, I guess. So 6th worst!

There are way too many questions for them to do that, honestly:
1. Will Rodgers want to play his last years for a team that has jettisoned their best players?
2. Will Rodgers still want to leave the Packers, especially if they still have enough of a team to contend?
3. What will the Packers' asking price be, if they're even willing to trade him at all? Gutekunst could always pull the same thing he did this year, when the media morons were all like "Rodgers is guaranteed to be traded, so where will be be playing?" and, uh, that never happened.
4. Will there be any other teams that could give the Packers a better offer, such as a top 5 pick, second rounders in 2022 and 2023, a player or two, and an exchange of the Packers' sixth-rounder for their fourth-rounder?

As a Packer fan, I can tell you there's very little faith in Jordan Love in Green Bay, and people are already thinking he is one of the worst first-round picks in franchise history (before he's even had a chance). If the Packers choose to trade Rodgers, they're going to want a quality QB in exchange, whether that be one that's established or via a high draft pick. I don't think Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater would be up to their standards.

He actually didn't. He was very deliberate in his words. He said he was immunized rather than vaccinated. He then followed it up by saying vaccination was a personal choice and he wouldn't judge guys who didn't get it.

So basically he meant he had previously had COVID. And of course he wouldn't judge guys for their personal choice because he belonged to that group.

I think I did see a snippet somewhere of him saying he realized how bad it would be if he missed games due to not being vaccinated but I can't remember if he outright said he was vaccinated

he said he was "immunized". Some people are alleging that was a white lie and he was talking about natural immunity.
Vaccination doesn't mean total immunity. I got the Janssen vaccine and still got sick 6 months later. Rogers wasn't following the standard Packers procedure for unvaccinated players, so either there was a big lie/coverup or it was a breakthrough case

The way he answered the question should have been a huge red flag and prompted follow up if not immediately then at a different press conference. Maybe it's just from spending time on Twitter but I know full well what someone means if they say immunized rather than vaccinated. That's the go to response for anti-vaxxers and then they usually cite the Israel study and say that getting vaccinated provides no benefit if you are already naturally immunized from having COVID.

immunized and vaccinated are literally synonymous. Medically the two words are interchangeable. So if he didn't get a vaccine, then he was totally lying.

The answer is yes. Let's be adults here and understand that intentionally misleading people is the same as lying in terms of breach of trust and confidence.

Also packers had protocols for masks for people without the vaccine that Aaron didn't follow so...!

Really this is the bigger concern. Did they always know he was not vaccinated and let him do as he pleased anyway? At what point did they realize he was not vaccinated for them to put him in non-vax protocol for getting COVID.
