Craig Gray and John Burns were at the restaurant in Lafayette and waited for their order. Burns noticed the name on their receipt that was replaced with the slur prompting him to take a picture and post it on FB He wrote "So this happened at Arby's" He confronted the cashier and the man attempted to explain the degrading slur away as a "computer glitch" Gray said "Look at this, What is this? Why would you do this?. And that's when he tried to give me some lame excuse about a computer glitch where he said, sometimes it'll put in a name and it will come out different on the receipt" Not satisfied Gray then took the complaint to the manager who offered them a full refund and fired the man on the spot An Arby's spokesperson said "The franchised employee was terminated within minutes of management becoming aware of the incident. The company has a zero tolerance for discriminatory speech of any kind".
