Biden has said he doesn't think it does (but last I checked has maintained his support for a $15 minimum wage in general, he's just skeptical it can survive reconciliation). I had said beforehand that I don't think the parliamentarian will let it survive. But I know the CBO scored it before which might give it a lifeline and I think that's the angle Sanders is currently taking. Hopefully it works but I would not place money on it. I do not think he torpedoes the entire COVID bill over it as he is for most of the stuff in there and is even for an increase of the minimum wage. Sanders has basically indicated he's going to try his damnedest to get it through the process, but I'm not supremely confident he's going to be able to.
