In good news house has unveiled its COVID bill. Still $15 minimum wage.
House was never gonna drop it. The issue is if it survives the Byrd rule in the Senate (that it conforms with the reconciliation requirements that it relates to the budget.)

Biden has said he doesn't think it does (but last I checked has maintained his support for a $15 minimum wage in general, he's just skeptical it can survive reconciliation). I had said beforehand that I don't think the parliamentarian will let it survive. But I know the CBO scored it before which might give it a lifeline and I think that's the angle Sanders is currently taking. Hopefully it works but I would not place money on it. But I want to be wrong.
