44 y/o Uncle Fester lookalike, Alexander Feaster, the racist from Oklahoma who is notorious in his town for flying NAZI FLAGS on his property has been arrested for SHOOTING a 26 y/o girl in the BACK 6 TIMES for attempting to steal one of his swastika adorned banners on a DARE!!

He was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and shooting with intent to kill as according to Sheriff Jody Helm, at 3am, a group of people partying across the street from his home when 26 y/o Kyndal McKvey was dared to steal one of his flags..

She approached his yard and snatched the banner but as she turned around, helm said one of the party goers yelled "GUN". She then dropped the flag at the end of the driveway and shots were fired.

He fired 8 rounds of his Colt AR-15 A2 Rifle as 8 shots were fired directly at her where 6 hit her back as she fled.

It was all captured on surveillance and reviewed by a deputy as the sheriff said Kyndal did not appear to be in any way a threat to him due to her obviously running away from his residence with only a flag in hand

McVey collapsed in a ditch and a friend rushed to her side to administer aid as a neighbor moved their pickup truck in front of his home to create a barricade for McVey's protection while a witness trained a gun on his house a precaution

Officers arrived and arrested Feaster and immediately asked for an attorney

In a subsequent search, they found swastikas all around his house with 15 firearms layed out everywhere. There was also a large ashtray containing several cigarette buts and HANDCUFFS as well as a large mural of HITLER.

McVey miraculously survived the shooting and was taken to OU Medical Centre and is listed in good condition

She had to undergo one surgery and has a long road to recovery

A neighbor said Feaster has been flying nazi flags over his house since the last year and a couple of his banners were stolen before and would sometimes walk out in public in an all black outfit with a red swastika armband

However, if you're having a hard time being objective because you view the target of the theft as a non-person, imagine that she was trespassing to steal something else. Whether it was his newspaper, a flag, or a patio chair, trespassing and theft are trespassing and theft. More importantly, Oklahoma is a Castle Doctrine state (as well as a Stand Your Ground state, but the Castle Doctrine supersedes that and grants greater latitude).

Also funny you should say that, because I honestly thought about bringing up that even if someone was stealing a pride flag no one should be shot over it. Especially in the back. Running away.

I guess but people steal from people around here all the time with nothing coming about of it. We've had a few things go missing right from our garage, and I'm honestly surprised our mower hasn't.

My mom had a beer bottle thrown through her windshield and her driver side mirror smashes off. The cops basically told her with the bottle incident, despite her not touching anything at the scene, that it wasn't worth putting resources into and not to expect anything.

They flat out said the mirror, despite being completely missing, was probably 'just a hit and run' and never looked for any signs/tried to get any evidence or followed up on that. (Never mind the fact that when my aunt did do a hit and run with my mom's car when she let her borrow it they definitely pulled her over and questioned TF out of her.)

I can't say she ever assaulted anyone trespassing, even after those incidents. I've felt plenty actually threatened before on a few different occasions and, again I guess I'm weird, because assault wasn't my course of action. I was aware it might come to that, but it wasn't my go to plan.

It feels a little weird to say, not going to lie, but I do feel bad that a person has been robbed. Especially more than once. I just still don't see shooting someone in the back as good.

I mean she shouldn't have been stealing things from his property really. Still given he shot at her 8 times when she was running away yeah he was intending to kill her so prison.

I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed to use deadly force in most states if someone steals something from you and runs away, even if they may be on your property during the incident.

This guy is also up shits creek because I doubt any jury is going to feel sympathy for someone who is clearly a Nazi, so even if this is more of a gray area most juries won't give a shit and will throw the book at him.

She may have been stealing but she didn't deserve to be shot. That dude is loony.

Doesn't matter. You don't use lethal force because you're pissed off. You use lethal force to prevent a similar level of harm from befalling you or somebody you're protecting. If being pissed off is enough to drive you to kill somebody, you should be locked away from society as a matter of public safety.

Making a lot of assumptions about me Zeus and trying to project your feelings on to me. I actually can't find a listing for a swastika flag on a simple google search, but a pride flag is around $6 so the swastika is also likely under $10 definitely under $20.

I do not think someone deserves to be murdered over a $6 flag.

This is a completely unjustified murder and there is no law that I am aware of that permits what is said to have occurred here. You realize theft is about how much the item is worth right? The penalty is not the same if you steal $20 worth of merchandise vs. stealing a $50k Rolex watch. The jails are not full of guys that stole a 24 pack of Miller Light worth $19.99.

At most she is looking at community service and maybe a harsher penalty if she gets caught doing something similar in the next few years.

I don't give a fuck if the guy has had his entire life savings stolen. He doesn't get to shoot people that are running away and not be criticized. The fact that he shot at her 8 times is particularly terrible. Unless he went for a full-auto spray-and-pray approach (which is incomprehensibly irresponsible when firing into a public street), there's no way that took him any less than 3-4 seconds, which is more than enough time to confirm any of the six hits. He knew he'd hit her, but he kept shooting. What a piece of trash.
