I did some backtracking in WoL to pick up spirits I'd missed/couldn't beat earlier, and found that Fiora's ability makes you start the fight as Metal. Which... kind of implies some spoilers, given that it doesn't relate to anything she did before she died. Immediately afterwards, I went to the Spirit Board and saw Mecha Fiora is a thing. Gee, I wonder what happens later on in that game?

I've really enjoyed taking up Palutena in the last two Smashes. She's not the easiest character to pick up, but there's very few things as rewarding as watching people air dodge into her Up Smash after baiting them in with her projectiles.

Yeah I recently tried her out and she seems really fun to play. I doubt I used her more than a handful of times in 4.

and I'm pretty sure the Dracula spirit enhancement is a spoiler too. There's probably a bunch more too.

my understanding is there's no set number but just a set percentage compared to the GSP of other players of that character so over time the number to reach Elite Smash is probably always going up

its currently about 1.86M with most characters, or at least that's the minimum I have on one of my characters that are in elite

but it'll be more tomorrow i'm sure. and there are a lot of snakes online so wouldn't surprise me if his was higher than the average

My completionism has gotten the better of me

I've completed the Music Library (Assuming the internet is right about 876 tracks) and presumably the Mii Headgear/Outfit collections since no more are showing up in the shop.

I will have the Spirit Inventory completed as soon as I level 11 more spirits up to 99 to enhance them. I plan to just use the dojo for this since I don't really feel like grinding out SP to use snacks. So it will be a few days, but it will happen.

Played online for the first time yesterday and surprisingly didn't suck completely. I actually went something like 40-60 in wins to losses, and even three-stocked a pretty decent Captain Falcon.

Inkling is really growing on me. I didn't realize at first that I could hold down B to change the bomb's trajectory. For some reason learning that was a big deal for me.

There may not be many new characters, but I really like playing as all the new additions. They're all in my rotation now.

So theres like a really weird effect with gsp. Ive noticed once you start getting into the 30,000s thats where you start to fight really tough battles (since these are people who are rigorously training their main)

also I'm all about the big boys in this game. Ganondorf, Bowser, and Dedede all feel really good and obviously K. Rool is awesome.

I don't recall that specific fight but have you tried Bowser+Metal Face + Victini?

Yeah, the Pyra fight is annoying. It's a 1v2 with a lava floor and one of the two you fight has permanent curry fire.

Yeah I ended up buying Pyra. Finally beat Baby Bowser and Black Shadow, though.

Just need Mew and a bunch of fighter spirits until I'm done collecting them.

I think I used Weaken Minions on the Pyra fight to get rid of the second guy as soon as possible

I've actually never used items on the spirit board but now that you mention it, weaken minions would possibly make the Trevor Belmont fight way more manageable.

Also yeah I bought Pyra, Windfish, and... some other legend, but I forget what. I think each shop has a different legendary spirit they can sell, but I think I've only seen one in three shops so far. I try to make sure I stay above 10k at all times (I also only buy the 1-3* spirits when they're at least 20% off).

You can't fight the boss fights like they're regular Smash battles. You have to look at them like regular action/platformer bosses. Stay back, observe the attack patterns, hit and run, shield A LOT. That kinda stuff.

I actually took 0 damage against a 9.6ish Marx last night. It was during Rosalina's classic mode so I had Mario to help out
